Btw, yes a friend of me got the visit too, he had the glow when pub10 went alive. Seems fair to me so far, i just hope the old guy wont miss me in the next days =)

Im having trouble understanding this.

I know I am at least qualified for group 4. I mastered 4 holos and got my silent..I mastered 17 profs total.

I am not glowing however.

What I am having trouble understanding is having been placed in grp 4...does that mean I can stop collecting badges because the old man is coming for me?

I meet the old man today just before the server reset on Chimera, Im defently in what TH class Player B cat. I did one holo and Mastered 3 other proffesions.

Been playing this game since release, so dont look at my posts and think "noob" This is going to be a chaotic post considering all the Path of the Jedi posts seem to flow into one another... For those who say "The Jedi werent even in the game in the early runnings" then how is it that I found a crystal, that was for a lightsaber, off a thug outside the Moenia cantina a good few months before 'you' people say jedi were in game? (just something to wrap your head around) Anyway, Yes I'm a hologrinder..No I didnt start as one..that darn Xmas present sent me down that road. Medic was my first, then ranger, then swordsman then musician. To those who say "Hologrinders ruin the game.....they are just power gamers" Well, they can stick that in their exaust ports. Each profession I ground away, I enjoyed. Learning how each worked, how they one melee was different from another and all that. Patch 10 rolls around and I've done 26 professions. Why? Because I was so hoping to unlock before and get my 2nd character before the village. I was glowing before patch 10 came up from the new system, so I dont mind having to wait awhile for the old man to stumble over to me.

From the other posts...Those who unlocked the old way before 10 and those who met the new requirements of pub 10 (IE you are glowy when you logged in the first day) are in the same boat, and are automatically set for a visit..Those who unlocked after the publish went live, have to wait.

I would also say a lot of the posts are from players like me who worked their butt off for 5 months to unlock, waited 6 weeks for P10, and then when it arrives we do not have the Jedi chracter we earned.

I have never ever thought about canceling my sub, but at this moment I am probalby the most angry I have ever been in a game, when you are having player who have only played for a week receiving a visit and the players who have unlocked have received nothing something is wrong.

Iknow 2 other post 9 unlockers one was on for over 14 hours yesturday and he did not receive his visit, I even had a player in my guild receive 2 old men at the same time, and also an old man standing around are cantina and would not let any of us speak to him.

I cannot understand why players who have unlocked fair and square the old way are kept back, we have the branches to get to padawan, we will not need the village for long, why do we just not receive automatic entry.

Ispoke to a CSR yesturday who didnt know his elbow from his ankle and told me to contact support via email, their reply was its random, that is NOT what TH stated his has made no post that states its random. 88 pages and over 2000+ posts with no replys tells us that people like me are not happy, what happens when the old man does not visit the post 9 unlockers today, the 1-3 days TH stated would be a lie, how long until people decide they have heard enough lies and kiss the game goodbye,I really didnt spend 5 months unlocking to be held back because their old man system is borked and dont say it isnt because WE class new players and people who have only done 2-3 professions being visited before us another slap in the face.

Listen to your customers, just give us a few answers you stated sit in the wilderness and wait, well thats really enjoyable gaming, for most post 9 unlockers who like me unlocked over 6 weeks before P10 we have spent the past 6 weeks being bored and looking forward to P10 when we would receive are Jedi, well that time has arrived and guess what we aint a Jedi yet.

I dont care about flames I just feel we deserve fair treatment for the money we have put into your game, we are the ones who keep this game alive without us their would be no SWG and JTL (soon)
