More than just looking cool. If your character is peaced, they holster their blaster/scabbard their sword. Any attack command or special that initiates combat has a brief unholstering animation that blends directly into combat stance which then blends directly into the attack or special animation.

Love to see stormies in Kaadara break up a cantina brawl (duel), for instance. "Citizens, put your weapons away or you will be fired upon..." That would be fun.

I support being able to "live" in the world of SWG, not just fight in it.

"Last but not least "Rank Pips" please please let us have those nice chunky blue and red squaredrank pips, these could be used like player jewlery and could be worn on all types of clothing provided you were declared."

I think this a great idea, and it should be given to us each time we go up in rank or something like that.

Actually I think the Imp hat should be added as something we can buy with faction points. That would be cool as well. Other uniforms both rebel and imp would be great too. They don't have to be armor, just clothes.

Love the new look of the storm commando factional pet! Beef up the others look and add a few usefull items to purchess with factional points as far as armor and weapons (revamp em) these can only be used factional anyway and would push more use of the factional system and overt. Add AR:1 to those pets to make them used more in combat.

Add a reward for promotions of some kind. Be it more then 1 factional pet or access to better weapns/armor/uniforms/vehicles/skimatics.

Also there is a bug with the rifleman and sniper factional pets where they only fight melee as they have no weapon.

Here is an idea for profession retention. This should give a reason for people to devote time to thier professions and cut down on the number of people who grind out profession after profession and never actually stick with one.

Give skill boxes that open up after a person has Mastered a profession. These skill boxes require no additional XP to get, only time. Lets take Creature Handler for example, once a person has been a Master Creature Handler for one month (earth time) they get the ability to train in "2nd Degree Master Creature Handler." This will give extra bonses to taming, training, or new tricks to teach your pets, or maybe even new creatures you can tame, but the only way to get this box, is to be an MCH for 1 month. You could add more boxes at varyinig intervals culmanating at "8th degree Master Creature Handler" after retainig MCH for 1 year.

I think this would be great for all those people that have devoted so many of their skill points to a chosen profession, for such a long period of time.+

Cool I guess this means my architect Fivo would get to stare at even more things he cannot build more than once, or experiment on to make better.

I like this idea, but literally everything I work on in architect crafting, even harvestors, has many lines of experimentation that were obviously put there for a reason but do not work.

Faster factories, more storage for housing structures, the list goes on. I like new things as well as the next guy, but I would love the current professions being fixed first.

I hope this won't affect Jedi bounties. I can accept that they will appear offline in my friends list but I hope droids will be able to see through this and do their job.

    Thunderheart,

Please consider adding more Star Warsy things into the game?

    Perhapsmini-publishes?

    http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=csystems&message.id=10715

Also, I really would like to see the Droid Invasion.

You'll know the Droid Invasion is a success when you see players use droids quite often in battle. How will this come about? Consider introducing new droid chassis and bumping up the CL of a droid? Anything less than a 1.5k HAM with 40% resist across the board is silly for combat (ie. not worth the credits to buy one). Maybe allow the DE to customize droids with certain weapons and attacks as well (of course new sounds and visual effects)...?

Also, how about giving +Terrain Navigation with riding on a creature mount?

Maybe a +25 to terrain navigation if you're riding on a creaturemount? (creatures should be adapt to navigating mountains) In my opinion, vehicles have destroyed the creature mount business.

Please fix the vehicle heal bug that everyone is using... it's destroyed thevehicle business.

Personally I have the feeling that you're still in a dilemma as to what to do with BH's and Commandos, perhaps Hybrids as a whole.

On one hand, if you're expecting people to sacrifice a higher amount of skill points, you have to give them advantages appropriate to this sacrifice. On the other hand you suspect (quite rightly, to be fair) that if they are even remotely more powerful than standard Elite profs, you'll get moaners and whiners giving you grief.

If this is anything like the case, you, the Devs, need to be stronghanded and ignore the whiners, and make these classes what they should be... and soon.

    Why soon?

The Elite dabblers have severel professions to balance, play with. By and large us commandos and Bounty Hunters have very little else due to our skill point outlay.. therefore whilst our profs are weak and to a degree broken, we have very little else to console us.

I'll say this now; I love the game and will wait publish after publish. I won't throw my toys out of the pram. I hope that to a certain degree this faith can be justified in the not too distant future.

Also, due to buffs and armor, you all shouldprobably consider almost doubling the HAMs on most Stormtroopers, Nightsisters, City Guards, NPCs in general, etc. etc.in this game (probablyx1.5 on all NPC HAMs). All NPCs (with a few exceptions) are very easy to kill.

Also, I noticed some Dark Troopers in Theed last night... I really wish we'd see them again (scanning players, etc.)... but like groups of 3 or 4 and standing in front of the cantina or about 35m in front of the starport. (not out in the open in front of the med center with zero people werebeing scanned... well, some people TRIED to get scanned and I think 1 actually did).
