Ok, I will officially complain about this as well. THE HOLOGRIND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REWARDED (even though developers felt the need to promise that and cause more people to hologrind!)
I now feel I have wasted my time waiting for today to get here with some valuble changes!
My avatar is glowing and feels the force but I have to wait till the last group BECAUSE I DIDN'T BELIEVE IN THE FAULTY SYSTEM, but liked my professions.????????
You're gonna start losing casual players SOE

Hey, I got an idea. Why don't TH just wave his hands and make you all Jedi Knights with no waiting? Buncha fuggin whiners. I have to agree with this statement. Brings out the maturity of this community doesn't it.
If you think you Holo-Grinders got shafted, you're dead wrong. Read what TH said, fifty times. Perhaps that will get it through your heads for once.
Secondly. If you blackmail SOE by saying "Give me my Jedi or I quit". Quit. I don't care what you guys do. If you can't handle the wait, then quit the game.
Finally, patience players. I'm on Group 4 and I am in no hurry to get my Jedi. (I'm going only for the second character but I am in no way doing the quests to get Jedi).
All whinners should leave the fourms and the game and never turn to another MMORPG. We had better not see your kind EVER on these fourms AGAIN!
You want everything now, but that's not going to happen. Everything is not free you know.

lol, sounds to me someone is a little upset they didn't unlock or is it another "Jedi don't belong in this game because I don't have one"?
Look, I'm complaining because I have already done the required work for Jedi. Not asking for Knight, asking for what was earned. I am willing to do the things that TH described however what am I supposed to do, however walking around in the wilderness until the system randomly pickslittle ol me for a visit is worse than the hermit badges (btw, yes I've done all of them so I havent just been mindlessly afking the grind).
All I was trying to explain was the longer it takes for us "unlockers" to just quickly finish with the village, the longer it will take for everyone else to even set foot in there.

TH i am still slightly confuzed and worried about this auto qualify thing.
If we have say 3 professions left to do, we go into a certain group, will we qualify if we just do nothing from untill our group gets the go ahead? And if so, if we complete the new requirements for the old man visit, IE get glowing status, we will definatly be able to start the old man quests and then onto enter the village without any restrictions?

Well Devs , Honestly this truely sucks
i hope u guys realize ppl are now 'hoovering' ingame doing nothing , rather then interacting.
You talk about crashing the game though grinding , but lets play open cards here and stop teh kiddy **edit** ....
all the ppl that have dropped grinding for this and have pulled SoE's cart the last weeks / months..
U REALLY THINK PPL ARE GONNA WAIT FOR MULTIPLE HOURS EVERYDAY???!!!???
i really think u guys are rather self-destructive then productive..
one big delayed publish and next to our vendors being knocked up u take out last bit of honour by giving ppl with aim and direction , NO DIRECTION AND NO AIM!
what ? (looks left) *i think i saw a white dot!!!! (looks right) i think i saw a npc far away!?
maybe we should keep cycling targets to multiple times a minute so that the ppl that want and deserve acces not only get freaking headaches and bad taste in they mounts but they also get a mouse arm and a sore foor from kicking there PC

This is total BS. I've mastered 27 profs, have over 80 badges, and have been a loyal customer to SOE. Now you're telling me that i may only be in group 3? Thats rediculous. Also, POST 9 unlockers should of been made jedi, they did the same as everyone else, why wouldnt they get the same reward? You mean to tell me you cant afford to buy a server that could support all the players going to aurrila even with all the money you make off this game????

I have been a long time supporter of the devs, patient and accepting. But to have it finally revealed that the number of professions was stealthily increased without notification to the playing, paying public is inexcusable. The creation of groups in which we will be visited by your old man, released to us today...unacceptable. The manner in which this whole system has been dealt with... unacceptable. I am paying you for my amusment, I am paying you for entertainment and fun, and in return you have LIED to me, snuck things into the game without my knowlege and altered my experience and my perception of you drasticlly. This is a client relationship because I am paying you... bottom line is... YOU're FIRED for unethical practices.

Thank you so much for unveiling the mystery around the old unlock system. We all suspected the 4+n (starting at 1) initially and figured you increased the value of "n" as the number of Jedi grew.
Your transparency is appreciated along with giving hologrinders due credit for all their hard work.

hmm, it just makes sense that if you were gonna base the new system on the old system and the number of holocorns you did in the old system, people that did the professons that were asked of them, and got to the "silent" holocorn should be forerunners and at least be in the first, or second, or at least third group, but how in the world can you master all the tipped off holocorn professions and get only a "faint sense" of the force. I feel majorly cheated, grouped in the rear with newer players and those that dont care about jedi, and know we will probably have to wait untill november or so to even be allowed in the village.... my question is WHY?!? why continue this BS.....
