Thread: Publish 10.3 Feedback
Your 3 1/2 month old son probably isn't up to his eyeballs in coding and development work. And he probably doesn't have to sort through hundreds of thousands of posts on this forum and the hundreds of private messages every day either.

I see the same questions asked over and over wtih no response.....why is that?

Whoa, hold on a minute... When did they "nerf" house storage limits? Are they now less than the original 150 items for a 2 lot house?

Whoa there partner.... people were using vendors as storage because SOE nerfed house storage limits.

Furniture
All armoires, bookcases, cabinets, and chests can now all hold items.
I believe this caused the storage chest located at the bottom of the basein the Rogue Corsec base on Corellia to regress. I talked to NPC Bruce McBain inside Jabba's Palace and he sent me to the Rogue Corsec base in order to obtain the destruct codes and when I got there I was not able to get the Search radial menu on the storage chest. The only radial menu optionthat appeared on the storage chestwas Examine.
I already /bug'd this in-game but thought I would post here as well. Interestingly I was eventually able to get the Search menu on the chest at the Mauler's Stronghold on Naboo.
I remember all that, but the term "nerf" implies that the limits were above what they are now when in fact the limit as it stands is the original limit and nothing about it has ever been "nerfed".

End of last summer they imposed housing limits. It wasn't originally 150 items per 2 lot house. The day that patch hit I think it was bugged and all houses could hold only 50 items total even though patch notes said 75 items per lot. Then then fixed this to be75 items per lot but not over 250 items total. At that point in time they said it was temporary (kind of like the temporary daily server restarts). I think this was in and around the time that they started nerfing creature handlers but could be wrong....after a while all the nerfing kind of blends together

Is this feature added? When i check this furniture i see "content 0/50", but no radial command for open.
I have tried with the command /open, and the new window of the storageappear, but i can't store nothing why the count is 0/0

Am I alone in thinking that "Allied PC" obviously means someone who is the same faction as you? Is it really that hard to understand?
...
I guess expecting people to read and understand plain english is expecting too much.

This is utter, complete and totalBULLS***.
Why should I be punishedby having millions of credits worth of inventory deleted if my vendors have a slow month? Why should I be forced to use the GOD AWFUL interface to pull and re-place an item just so my stuff doesnt get deleted?!?!?!
Go ahead and delete my vendors, and you'll see 3 accounts getcancelled.
...the dev crackdown continues..
it takes 14 days to be marked as unused
it takes an additional 14 days to be marked as in danger of deletion and an email is sent
it takes another additional 14 days to be deleted
14+14+14 = 42 days ... if you can't be bothered to check your vendor for 42 days ... then theres something wrong. Thats 42 days of availabity to sell goods ... considering items are only on sale for 30 days on a vendor ... it means nothing is up for sale for 12 daysbeforethe vendorgets deleted.
This is only a problem where vendor neglect is an issue ... at which point who is to blame? the answer is the owner of the vendor.
Except it doesnt work quite that way.
My offers vendor, THAT TOOK ME SEVEN HOURS TO GET FROM THE RANDOM CRAP THEY CALL HIRING 4, poofed with the first email.

Similar situation.
I have a Custom Orders vendor in the back room of my shop. I login one day, and run to the back room for droid parts and some resources. No Custom Orders vendor. I was like, **edit** is this? So I check my email. Got an email earlier in the day saying it was unused and I should visit it soon.
The vendor had a Chance Cube on it named something like, "Offer your order backpacks to me for 1k!" and it poofed with the vendor.
Whoopity doo, a Chance Cube. But don't cry to me when it's your4 million credit order. Because I'm not rerunning it through factories and losing more creditson resources. I lose, you lose.
Oh, and repeatedly selling a Chance Cube on my Custom Orders vendor is SUCH a GRAND addition to my game! Can Merchant get even MORE FUN? PLEEEEASE????
Can you please set vendors to only accept maintenance in 1 credit incremements? How about having to stand next to my vendor, so that I can replace their clothing every 20 seconds which they keep taking off! If your vendor gets naked, you lose EVERYTHING! Now THAT would be the same calibre of fun! What about pyromaniac vendors, who you must douse with water every 3 seconds, or else they may erupt in flames and destroy themselves AND the house they're in?
I'm wondering how long it'll take SOE to devise a way for a chain with a lock on it to appear out of my CD-ROM drive, ensnare me, and force me to spend more time staring atand manipulating their uninspired Merchant profession so that I can DO SOMETHING in this game other than click buttons on an annoying UI that lacks utilitarian functionality.

Well mate, if I get pulled off for an install overseas at my RL job, yes it is. You see, some of us are not freaking kids and want to enjoy the game too. But I guess that fact is too hard to reiterate over and over again as you didn't see it 3 pages back.

If you as a Weaponsmith can't sell a single weapon in 2 weeks, you sir, suck.

While I understand your point, prior to them implenting this patch you could store more than the150/2lotin your house. The day of the patch if you picked anything up in the house you could not putit back down which would demonstratea change and a downward change (nerf) at that.
