DAMMIT, I don't like patch 10. My main character is a Wookie and I don't want a Jedi Wookie, but this means I have to delete my current char (lose all my time and effort that I've put into this char)to create a human char and then I still have to complete the Jedi quests which will be very difficult for a noob character I presume. While others have 2 slots!
I don't want to be limited into 1 type of char. Change it PLZ!!!

I find it quite ridiculous that there is no way to advance beyond knight permanently. If knight stays the way it is right now, jedi will be obliterated. Yes I do think the FRS is a good idea, but should only be used for additional modifers and/or robes.
Its very unreasonable, but probably under the FRS that someone could go from the equivalent of a Jedi master to a knight in one day. Jedi masters just do not forget how to be jedi masters. Sure, the more they fight, the better they become (FRS modifiers). But you just don't go from master to knight by losing duels.
This is very unreasonable.
It would have made more sense to put it
2 mastered trees (or 8 level 4's) for knight
3 mastered trees (or 12 level 4's) for guardian
4 mastered trees for master
The FRS system should be independ of advanced to the no longer existant guardian and master.
It could be incorporated so that to even gain access to advancing to guardian and master, you need to enter the FRS, but to say that you can go from master back to knight is ridiculous.
And yes, they could make it so that even jedi masters still really would want to enter FRS to gain even more powerful. But to get rid of anything past knight permanently is unfair, especially to those already past knight now.
You devs are pending too much time on this Jedi crap when there is so much more to deal with!!!!
Bugs

1: Whisper Bird missions on Yavin still bugged/duds
2: Rubber band effect of dismount still going strong (some times up to 150m from dismount
spot)
3: Up command in /movefurniture up xx still very flakey (hardly ever works for me)
4: Animation on harvesters still flakey (mainly heavy mineral)
5: Factory Crates of mines still read 0
6: Speerdes STILL auto store for no reason
7: After "storing" speeder bike it is still in the world and you can still be on it. Calling
it again causes another instance of it.
8: About every 3rd (or more) Bounty Hunter mission is bugged
9: Most of Pistoleer Prof. is bugged/not working
10: Ticket Collector still needs to be clicked a number of times to function
11: Jawa Ion rifle does not work on lairs
12: You can still get a TEF even if your OVERT
13: Getting stuck on speeder in front of THEED starport - attempting to store bike causes a
type of cant fit in inventory error, and dismounting is nonfunctional!
14: In you grand attempt to fix the -shooting through walls of faction bases to kill troopers
on the outside for faction farming exploite - you made it so that when fighting them on the
outside of the base they are able to walk through the retaining all like it wasnt even there!
15. Mission completion for a mission will not report even though it's done.
16. Sometimes you complete the mission and the waypoint remains even though lair is gone.
17. The mission reward split is not reported.
18. The mission reward may not be paid.
19. Pets may get a share of the reward.
20. Sometimes reward is paid into cash instead of the bank.
21. Dantooine is still laggy during peak hours
22. Missions on Dantooine dont pay out after mission is complete
23. The NPC will totally disapeer leaving you with no exp
Imbalances

1: Faction Turrets still FAR FAR FAR too weak both in damage and hitpoints
2: Rifleman Jawa rifle need a HUGE nerfing to 1/2 power or less
3: Combat Medic or DOC badly needs AREA poison / Disease cure
4: All GEO weapons need to be taken out of the game or nerfed big time
5: Armor needs to be completely redone and PLEASE do not add any super loot armor (ris) this
causes HUGE Imbalances
6: Total number of Jedi needs to be regulated to no more then 20%-30% of server population
7: Cost of repair on Speeder, and Swoops is actually more then it cost to make a new one. Now
its cheaper to buy CRATES of speeder and throw them away when they blow up - desposable bikes
is that the intention here?
8: HAM cost on most wepons is to high witch causes the game to be unplayable with out buffs
General Problems

1: All new content (GEO Cave / Corvett / Death Watch) is being added for only elite combat
people. This is a total outrage and needs to be delt with we need new content that ALL
players can enjoy!
2: Moons such as Rori and Talaus need some harder POIs to attract trafic and people to them.
POIs on these moons pose no challange for elite combat players.
3: If you have a TEF you cant even enter you own established residence. TEFed people should
have access to all buildings in the city they live in, and Guild Hall they belong to.
NOTE: This list is just the beginning, I will be bumping and adding more as I go!
Ive been playing swg since july of 03'. I think that the way the jedi has been dealt with so far is one sided. Why didnt you just tell the players, if you dont have the time to be a hardcore gamer and master 18-31 proffesions then give up your hopes of being a jedi. I just mastered my 12th proffesion today and I try to enjoy each one before i drop it and start somthing new. I know I cant grind the rest out by publish 9 and I dont like being rushed to try. This game was great before hologrinding and all the talk of proffesion mastery is the "key to FS". That was when the casual role players thought they had a chance of stumbling upon somthing that would lead them to FS. Soon enough the servers will be full of jedi and I imagine that the in game economy will take a hit due to everyones main being pushed into fs. Im gona stick around to see it, well at least til MxO come out...

From what I have read, pearls that are not in sabres are going to be changed to the new untuned pearls, what about crystals? Are they going to be changed to something useful, or will we be stuck with a load of very expensive decorations?
I'd really like to see a definitive answer to this, need to know if I should unload all my crystals asap, or are any of them going to be useful after publish 10?
What I'd like to see happen is for each crystal to be changed for a usable one, with the type of crystal the change into being randomised.
