Most certainly the -75% Combat medic Poison and Disease is crucial to making the game fun in PVP..
ThunderHeart.. Seriously man I think you have seen enough to pass along a verdict as to what needs to be done. Take care and good luck..
If the game looses to many people my game suffers as an AS.. So now the ball is in your court to make good.. Combat reballance was never in my opinion really needed.. Just tweaking the current.

Enhancements should not be removed by death if the character is rezzed by a doctor - makes no sense whatsoever and makes you worthless for the duration of the battle - only when you clone!

Problem: Jedi are starting to rule the GCW and destroy is for all non Jedi.
Solution:
Remove Jedi from the GCW entirely, give them their own faction so there is no need to balance them to other professions because they are only forced to face each other and not non-Jedi. Light Jediwould bealways overt to Dark Jedi and any Overt Imps should have a TEF on them (Empire has declared all Jedi to be hunted and destroyed) and Dark Jedi would be always Overt to Light and other Dark Jedi and Overt Imps also get a TEF on them for the same reason as Light.
All Jedi that haven't reached the trials yet would give TEFs to only Overt Imps when using a lightsabor or a force skill like in the old system and of course would be open to attack by Dark Jedi at all times unless they become a pupil to one of the Dark Jedi.
There were only 3 Jedi involved with the GCW, Luke, Vader, and Emporer and no one else. If Jedi aren't part of the GCW, then the GCW will become alive again and people will start going Overt again and not fear being ganked by Overt Jedi.
Jedi should be a high end PvP aspect of the game where they have their own struggle trying to survive and at the same time destroy the other side of the force. They do not belong a part of the Rebellion or the Empire.
Also since Dark are made to be completely on their own, they should be given more power to the point where it requires almost two Light to take one on and in addition they do have the ability to have a master and pupil setup so Dark Jedi can have some form of group fighting but never allowed to group all together since they would be too powerful for a group of Light to handle.
Sorry its long but this would truely save the GCW and is something that should be able to be added before JTL and would save a lot of subscriptions.

But seriously, how about a ham realignment of the npc's. 300,000 ham npcs with 90% resists or higher accross the board is not fun.

Make Moving/Standing still more important from a stratigical aspect of hit or miss.
