Just a response to some of the previous posts on wookiee armor....


Why must we have higher encumbrances?? Because we have such "uber" HAM?? If our HAM was great enough to require higher encumbrances if they ever give us armor... we wouldn't need armor! Either give us "uber" HAM and resists that make us equal to 90% composite... or give us a wookiee only PSG that actually works... that's equal in powers/resists/encumbrance to 90% composite.


And on the languages...


Please don't change it so I have to drag out a 3PO droid everytime I need to talk to somebody. This game is enough work as it is now... it's supposed to be fun... change it so that only each species can teach others there own language... instead of one character being able to teach every language... but once you learn them... you know them. Let's not punish me even further for choosing a character that I thought would be interesting to play.

Dude, I have an accolade badge. "Exceptional Biography"

Unfortunately, I got it within the first 3 months of the game, which means the Dev's haven't been paying attention and concentrating instead on, you know, new content, combat fixes, correspondant issues...

But hey, that doesnt matter... you dont have an Accolade Badge.

HERE IS AN IDEA


how about the devs, or you guys explain what is going on in these patches with some details ... the intrepid forum has a petition regarding publish 7 not being released with some parts at 110 signatures ...


people don't ever know what the whole story is, and it makes it hard to figure out what to do ...


I have about 50 friends thatare quiting the game if you instate the vendor and crafter nerfs ...


Is it worth it ?


Instead of not allowing filled containers ( backpacks ) on vendor, script a radial menu with : view internal contents ...


Just some thoughts I had to get out

To add in my 2 cents to the Devs....

This player touches on an overall problem with Master Bounty Hunters too. The Devs have nerfed Bounty Hunters in the past due to their perceived "overpowering combat abilities", but at the same time, they still haven't addressed the bugs with their special combat abilities (or investigation) that have existed for almost a year now - since the game went live.

Due to this fact, after spending 217 skill points in the class, a master bounty hunter in combat is a joke compared to a class dabbler such as a rifleman/combat medic (or any combat class that combines a ranged/melee class or a ranged/combat medic or doctor for that matter). At this point, there really is no reason to stay as a master bounty hunter due to the investment of skill points, but sheer lack of any return for those skill points in comparison to investing in some other combat class combination. I've been a bounty hunter in beta, and ever since the game went live, but anymore, I don't see any reason to stay as one.

Previous players have mentioned that things will be better with the combat revamp. Well, I don't buy it. Due to your (the Devs) past trends in the past towards bounty hunters, I don't trust you guys to make the right decision anymore in regards to the class and make them a feared combat class.

I would love to be proven wrong. I would love a Dev to address the concerns of the bugs BH's have been tolerating for almost a year, but that hasn't happened yet with only one exception. All we have heard is that the long overdue bug of droid bonuses will finally work again and we'll be able to track Jedi. Well, big whoopde doo. Our BH marks are still bugged, and still don't appear in the world - only 2 marks out of 8 missionis today actually werne't bugged for me today. Haven't heard any Dev regard here at all. Track Jedi? So what? Jedi should fear other combat class combinations (class dabblers) over a BH these days.

Not sure how you guys are going to address the combat class dabbler problems, but I hope you don't forget the bounty hunters in your revamp.

I agree on the BH issue. I was wanting to master BH but am currently giving it up and going swordsman. Being a wookiee didn't really help either as I hoped the BH abilities would assist me being a gimp. My CH is my new BH, I enjoy punishing myself with elite broken professions...

I just wanted to report something I just found out that is really silly. It seems that if you die and reclone, your belly is still full of food and drink, and you cannot take more until the allotted time has passed. Naturally, in real world terms, this doesn't make sense (presuming you could clone in the real world, of course), since your full belly is out on a field rotting somewhere. In game terms, this also doesn't make sense, because everything else is reset to 0 when you die, meaning you lose all buffs, spices, etc., for good or ill. Your stomach should also reset to 0, in my opinion. I'm sure others have reported this, but just in case, here's my report....

Sorry to hijack your post Killgore, but I had to reiterate the importance and be blatantly obvious that this round table discussion has some really damn important questions that need to be answered. Mass amounts of players threatening to cancel their accounts is a huge issue. At least it should be.



Oh, and this same petition is going on under WS, AS, BE, Chef and probably every other forum out there. You guys really need to read the players responses before you release publish 7.

With the Emperor's Retreat, andJabba's (not sure if there are any others)they say that there will be more for you to do at another time (once you finish the themepark). Are there any plans to add more questsso their statements to be true?

Thunderheart / Players:

My suggestion for a new GROUP LOOT system.


When in a group, after the creature/npc is dead, ALL group members can loot the corpse.


But, There is around a 20% chance of all the group members looting something completely different from each other... and about an 80% chance of all the group members looting the same thing, but with possibly different stats/colors/etc...


Do you like this idea? Does this sound like it would work? Are there any problems with this?

How bout some player interaction on the boards. You have CSR's that constantly monitor some forums due to harassment, constant flaming and their constant profanity, you have CSR's that answer simple threads like we need warehouses, you have CSR's constantly moving threads to appropriate forums, locking threads etc. as they should be doing.



How bout some player interaction to some of your truly great quests. An example would be the hermit and his collection of badges. You have over 50 players there begging for some CSR interaction to some very very simple answers. YOUR player interaction on these forums is VERY much needed and VERY much appreciated in all forms. 50 players, 3 weeks, rated 4 stars, and constantly at the top of its forums on game guides and NOT ONE SINGLE COMMENT from a CSR!


How bout some player interaction CSR's?

Does anyone else's mouse go haywire?


Since publish 6, about once a day i lose control of the mouse....my character starts walking and the mouse just starts moving around the screen. This lasts about 5 minutes before i have control again.
