FYI

Just logged on again and was turned overt within 2 minutes of logging on.

How can we play the game properly with this happening?

I know its the weekend guys, but this is the time we pay for to play the game. It is just ridiculous that I log onto the game to place harvestors and WANT TO STAY COVERT and the game keeps setting me overt.

PLEASE PLEASE TRACK THIS DOWN AND FIX IT. I CANNNOT PLAY THE GAME IN THE MANNER I NEED TO TODAY BECAUSE OF THIS BUG. I can't believe that I'm the only person with this problem.

Things that need to be fixed;


1) Fix the generic repair attachments. I have tested them numerous times to find that I consistantly get worse results while repairing an item using 20 points of repair attachments. While repairing sabers without using the attachments I get the item repaired with blemishes more often than not.


2) All the brawler classes recieved a revamp to increase thier range to make them more competitive in PVP due to server / client side latency. Yet Jedi's were passed up on this revamp, currently as a Jedi our sabers have a range of 5 or less and if Im trying to hit an npc on a hill I need to move the npc to flat terrain due to being out of range all the time.


3) Force run uses 100 force points and adds a tef like any other Jedi ability yet it doesnt give Jedi xp like it should. If we have to use force power to use it and it causes a tef then let us get the xp reward for it afterall we paid for it.


4) Onehanded Saberhit2 is exactly the same as Saberhit1. Both of these skills have the exact same force costs, combat messages and damage. Is it too far fetched into believing that this skill was just copied over and isnt an upgrade like it should be?


5) Using any force heal will take force power, give you a tefand give you a message that you have nothing to heal if you use the skill without any wounds. This should be changed to work like stim's do if there is no wound then the skill wont take your force or give you a TEF just the message.


6) When using a forceattack with any other weapon besides a lightsaber you will get a message saying that you cant perform this attack with this weapon, yet the skill will still take your force power and give you a tef. If the skill cant be used with that weapon then change it to where it works just like any other combat skill. If you try to use unarmed3 with a gaffi stick the skill will tell you it cant be done with this weapon and the attack wont go through.


7) If you use force run and get on and off of a bike it will cancel the burst run component of force run. If you use burst run while using force run and you tire then both of the run components will be cancelled instead of one of them.

8) Going linkdead then dying will cause a Jedi to get double the amount of /deathcounts upon logging on.


9) Lightsaber decay: with the current lightsaber system the decay rate is outrageous compared to a normal elite combat professions weapons. The problem is that a normal combat profession can easily use 1 weapon from novice to master level. While a Jedi easily have 20 times the experience requirements as these professions yet our weapons durability dont reflect this. This is the reason why decay is such a problem for Jedi please have the weapons maximum durability reflect our increased experience amounts.

Has anybody heard anything, or can one of the Dev's comment upon the possibility of character server transfers in the near future? On a pay-per-use basis similar to the one Everquest instituted years ago.


Not sure if the round table chats are the spot for this, but as there is no longer a general SWG focused forum, no place is obviously right for this question.

Okay the bug continues.

I get back from seeing a movie and log in. Still changes me to overt.

I get DB'd go covert, nothing, still overt.

Get a neutral to DB me, nothing.

Cant find a rebel to DB me.

CSR ticket responses I got is we tried to get ahold of you during normal play hours but you weren't on.

I was online 14 hours yesterday and 6 this morning. When is the right time cuz I can't be on much more than that!

Runesabre or any dev that actually cares about customer service or helping in this game, spending an ENTIRE DAY unable to do the normal functions of my character because I am overt is really not a HAPPY experience. What's worse is literally ZERO customer service is available from what I see.

Would any of you responsible persons like to tell me how I can play the game and not be someones FP farm with this bug? I would really appreciate literally any response.

So which one is right? I for one am sick of the conflicting anoucements from SOE employes. Can you guys atleast read from the same statement if its going to be 1 thing please stick to it. If's it going to be another then ok, but don't lead us on or tease us about it. I would rather Thunderheart come here and say something even it was I shouldn't have said anything, don't lead us on . Going on almost 3 weeks and still no response of any kind. What's up with that?

ok devs supposedly read this. the vemon drops from the geno cave pre nerf are KILLING pvp on radiant... please do something to fix the CM problem. i honestly cant see myself paying to play a game where such inbalance is acceptable. just think about it, pvp = broken. pvp = 99% of the games content. fix pvp, nerf CM.

How about the fact that on lok (corbantis) I can't find one random spawn. The only creatures currently on the planet are from mission terminals. Not all creatures native to the planet can be found in the mission terminals. My inability to hunt speciffic creatures is hurting my money making opportunities which is the main reason I play now. I had similar troubles on Rori as well a while back.

Please check for broken spawns on all the planets and fix them.

Suggestion to fix STUN weapons.


Can we get the armor shifting stats to get fixed? With that fix Tanel becomes a viable armor, because it has stun resists. Also PSGs become much more worthwhile. Would not the combination of a Tanel helmet and PSG be an effective stop for Jawa Ion rifles or other stun attacks?


Reading though the combat forums every profession want a stun attack because Composite is vunernable to it. Give us a way to get armor to stop stun damage and suddenly it will probably go away. The probelm is current stun armor is all bugged and could be 0 effective at any moment.
