The Corellian Corvette is the famous Rebel Blockade Runner from Star Wars: A New Hope. It is an exciting adventure with a twist.

The ships actual name was the "Tantive IV" .. so if your going to name it .. might want ot think about actually using it's propper name .. assuming that the dungeon is actually the very same corvette used by princess leia at the start of new hope..

Personally I'd prefer if it's actuall name was used... corellia produce several corvette class ships thats all...

I may have to amend my earlier post. I was excited and still am glad for the added content. However, i am only able to play on the weekends and actually prefer solo play to force-group or having to join a PA.

Will dungeons and quests similar to this one be introduced for players such as myself? I won't be renewing my account (since I've already canceled and just waiting for it to expire this month) unless there is added content for th e more casual, sometime-solo player. Not a threat here...I am actually hoping to have an excuse to renew.

Your feedback is appreciated.

And just as another moment of trivia, i believe the captain of the Tantive IV was Antillies.... not sure if he's related to the renoun wedge antillies... but just some more interesting trivia.

Yup, and with the changes to Warcry mobs like this are a lot harder.

Janekvox: I'm in the same boat as you. But I think the direction the Developers are going with content is strongly toward grouping. Us solo\loner type players are getting left in the dust.

One more strike against them for calling this a casual gamers game.

If they want to stop groups from over-running solo type content.......then make entrance to some new area's only attainable if you are SOLO.

Instant solo area's would be a boon for SWG. And lets keep all this in context with Star Wars....Han Solo was a bit of a loner(of course he had Chewwy)

Bobba Fett, etc, etc,.....

I know alot of people dont understand why we would want to play a MMORPG if we solo most of the time.

But I love being able to solo and also give /tells to merchants, weaponsmiths, helpers...when ever I want to.

MMORPG doesn't have to mean a heavy emphasis on grouping...Just like it shouldn't be heavy on soloing.

It should be balanced.

I would love to see a accurate, well done survey of how much soloing is actually being done in SWG.

I think the Dev's would then see they have a incentive to be creative with new areas for us(soloists)

I have to say well done DEV's, well done. Many people have been waiting for something like this, with their own individual/group adventures instead of seeing 100s of other players there. I hope this will give players a little taste of the space expansion with it being in space and all. We would all like to go there and look out of one of the windows and see space. Im not sure what the quest will be but something along these lines where what I would like to see:

Rebel: The ship has been captured by the Empire and the Rebellion need a crack squad of elite soldiers to board the ship. While there they have to

*Rescue crew members who, after rescued follow you around.

*Eliminate the Imperial threat

*Stabalise

This is very exciting news! I can't wait to give it a try. The other night my PA-mates and I were doing The Warren, and someone said "wouldn't it be nice if this were an instanced dungeon instead"? Yay! The devs have seen the light!

More generally, I like the direction the game is going now. Yes we need bug fixes, but above all this game needs new content and more Star Warsiness. The Crackdown, the G. Caves, and the Corellian Corvette areall steps in the right direction.

Now, about those new songs, devs...

I think the new Corellian Corvette dungeon is things to come. I hope they implement the interiors of the corvette to the Space Expansion's corvettes.

As for the difficulty rating, they should be increased. Basically, make all the NPCs there at least Red Con for solo.

For the rewards, we should get 500 FP for Faction-aligned personal as well as a new badge.

Am I going to need super armor and uber buffs to do anything in this dungeon?

My fear is everything will be 'balanced' like the Genoshian Dungeon going forward. Not all of us uber buff ourselves and pay 1 million credits for advanced super composite.

Can anyone clarify if you need to do all three NPC missions (aka: talk to every NPCfor your faction) to get the ticket to the dungeon?
