So now Jedi arent alowed to log off and on? lmao what a retard, reporting for an exploit because he relogs. I do it all the time when my ramgets high and i start lagging.

Doing it intentionally to cause the droids to stop tracking is an exploit. When you say you logged out to do a trade with your main character and you where offline for less than a minute and back on you're a liar and just intentionally exploiting the bug. It was IMPOSSIBLE to do all the actions necessary in the time the player was logged off and back on.

There is a big difference between logging off swg to clear up memory and doing it intentionally to cause droids to report that they are not online. In the first place, in order to clear the memory, you have to shut swg all the way down and wait a couple min for memory to clear, then log back in, takes about 5 min or so. If a jedi is consistently logging out then back in less than a minute later, doing this every 30-60 min, it is an exploit. I know this happens, i have the names of around 30 jedis on my friends list with notification on, and ive seen this occur, some do it, some dont. Ive sent tells to several, and 2 of them told me not to bother tracking them as it would not work, when i added them to the friends list i could watch as they log out and log back in.

If you want to be a Jedi right out of the box, go play KOTOR instead.

Due to the visibility changes it seems that there are hardly and jedi missions on the terminals. Apparently, on the tarq server, jedi can stay logged in all day and not get on the bh terminals till later on at night. So basically these changes make it so you can only get jedi missions during "prime time". Of course thats the best time, since thats when there is 50 bh'ers sitting around the terminals waiting to take the same mission in Kadaara. I was able to get jedi missions before the patch and have successfully hunted done and killed 4 player jedi. Now, I cannot get any missions and I hear about all the bugs with the droids. Thats absolutely rediculous that "relogging" wasn't taken into account when these missions were apparently fixed. Everyone RELOGGS!!!! How many Homer Simpson "Doh's!" do you need before even the smallest of things get realized? Is your job security that bad that bugs are intentionally left in or are recreated?

This is a huge dissappointment, since the jedi missions were one of the things in this game that kept me from cancelling. I've done everything else there is to do, and its becoming more difficult to force myself to log in and play. I'm sure this all falls on deaf ears, so whatever. I don't care what happens to this POS game anymore.

I'm not a Jedi, but I still relog all the time (especially when grouped) due to party characters *disappearing* when crossing those invisible boundary lines. Leaving the game and coming right back into it is the fastest way to clear this problem.

I have not unlocked yet, but I relog often. I don't completely close the game unless something is seriously flawed. I mostly do it because people I am grouped with dissapear sometimes. This is especially troubling when I have one of my accounts following the other with and assist macro running for extrafirepower. I imagine as a Jedi I would probably be forced to do the same thing under those cirumstances or others.
So there are reasons to simply reconnect other than to try and exploit in some way.

They should also take immediate care of the "not being able to attack" bug. I've had this three times in a row (besides the now almost normal offline tracking bug) and it's a very annoying thing to look forward to finding your mark (and being happy that it didn't go offline this time!)andfinally approaching it only to find out it's not attackable!!

I have yet to find out how this works. Is it maybe another exploit?

All the best,

Enoshi

I have done 3 bounty hunter missions. For 2 out of 3 of them, the jedi hid in their house and trained. While their friends ban me from the city so I can't go in and kill him. It was a nice waste of my time. And for the other one, I got no money, and no xp.

im on lowca server and i havent been able to complete a jedi mission yet. In the rare occasion that i do see a Jedi on the mission terminals, ill take the mission and try and send out droids, only to get the message "target is offline"even though i have this jedi on my friends list and it shows him as being online, and i am able to send messages to him...

and on a side note, just for kicks i thought i would do a regular BH mission, and of course it was bugged also, my mark was invisible or just wasnt at the waypoint when i got there....
