Um yeah.. lets put time and effort into fixing the Jedi profession instead of the numerous bugs and professions that have been terribly broken since SWG came out. *sighs*

Oh yeah I almost forgot to add....


NO JEDI RIGHT NOW CAN MASTER.

That's right folks. Since we spend no skill points in learning skills we get/give a big fat 0 AP per skill taught. That means its technically impossible to master right now. I'm no where near that but its still a factor eventually.

Oh since you're fixing Jedi can we actually have the new UI menus stick when we load? Everytime I take a shuttle or zone in somewhere it resets to one of the schemes from the regular character interface. I love Force_Jedi_Grey but it always resets on me.

Dude, you DO realize that about 90% of the playerbase is trying to become a Jedi? It's the end-game, it's something just about everybody wants to do. Fixing Jedi effects EVERYBODY.


Get over yourself and look at the big picture. Being an ignorant jerk isn't helping matters.






90% of the playerbase?!?! And where did you pull those stats from. I have over 300 friends on my buddy list that remain active. 5 of them are holo grinders. You are trying to tell me that there desperate "fix" to the Jedi system is good for everyone.


For once I want to hear, "We royally screwed up the Jedi system and would like to fix it for those who wasted countless hours grinding random profs going half insane".


You think they don't owe us? Make this same game and put it in a different theme. It wouldn't last 5 months. People tolerate and continue to play this game ONLY because it is Star Wars and some silly dream that MAYBE someday this game will actually be good.


Devs if you really think you have that much content then why in the world are SOOOO many people soooo unhappy with their STILL broken professions (smugglers, de's, etc.)


Although the fix is appreciate, for most of us it is too little too late.

So will we know how to go about figuring the path to Jedi, or is that to be like a secret thing again that we must figure out on our own? I mean I'm all for quest-based system, that's something I can actually see my self spending time doing, rather than grinding out armorsmith But just curious as to how you'd do it? Will it be controlled by digiteers, how will you control people grouping up to complete these, b/c no matter how tough a mob is there's nothing in the game a large enough group can't take down, so if the quests involve combat will it be solo only?


Also is there any rough schedule for the final part of this revamp?

When this game is full of Jedi, I think that's when I will take my leave of it. It's almost as if the devs are trying to throw this game under a bus....

I cannot say enough good about this decision. I am so pleased that the path to Jedi will now be challenging content and not a grind.

Amen. Nice job pampering Jedi while classes like Droid Engineer, Pikeman, Carbineer still continue to affect gameplay.


Thanks also to the Devs for screwing everyone else working towards Jedi, by completely re-vamping the way to unlock your FS.


Also, thanks to the Devs for making this game Jedi Wars. Thanks for making it so Jedi stop hiding, and just run around in their underwear in the local town.


Thanks once more, for the Holocron gift at Christmas time...which has now become worthless, as you're just going to change the system anyways.


And of course, thanks to all the spoiled rotten Jedi we do have...you've just ruined the "Jedi Experience" for alot of people who enjoyed this game and it's place in the Star Wars timeline.



So Devs...when are we removing the timeline and going to a timeline that will help "strengthen" the image of dip**edit** Jedi World that you've now created? Good job...I'll never buy a product with you morons break again.

I am very DiSAPPOINTED WITH the new jedi revamp. I think and many people think that the permadeath should be there because if it is not this will makebeing jedi easy and it will not balance it out. Now many JEDIS will be running around and they wont be limited as they are suppose to be. THAT IS MY MAIN COMPLAINT I SAY PERMADEATH SHOULD STAYYYYY to balance out the number of jedis.


Also another thing is since the jedi are immune to permadeath ..... lol.... now this totally defeats the purpose of any bounty hunters coming after them and making it totally useless and drops the fun from the bounty hunters


ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE made by the dev team.
