Given the number of people needed to get anywhere within this dungeon, I thought the drop rate was abysmally low myself (I didn't even see a single drop aside from some of the mask filters.)

The respawn rate is also a bit high, given the level of these NPC's and the shear number of rooms that need to be progressed through.

/sigh

What a waste of my armor. Respawn rate is WAY to high. The second you finish clearing the room, they just spawn again. I'm not even gonna mention my opinion about the SBD's. Everyone seems to have the same opinionas me.

Was it worth going to in my opinion? No. And why are we the ones telling you about all these problems? This is what test center is for. Havn't you figured that out yet?

Things to make it better:

Increase the loot drop!

Get rid of those damn SBD's.

Lower the respawn rate

Well, I spent about 3 hours there tonight after work, it's a totally cool looking dungeon, but like others have said the spawns are just too fast when you are talking about droids that have that much HAM and resists. It literally takes a good group aproximate 5 minutes to kill 1 SBD, they were spawning so fast that we were doing 3 at a time for the most part. The dungeon seems totally catered to electric damage like most everything has been lately. And that the armor is restricted to the proffessions that it is, means i'll probably not spend to much time trying it.

My only comment about this would be, is this a sign of the new direction of the game? I can understand adding in a few very high level adventure area's. But is there any chance you might add in some normal things that can be done by the average to high average player. I think the difficulty is abit out of reach for most people. The basic fact is that you can't get a group to do this with the way the game is. Why would they, the exp sucks because the damned things are resistant to almost everything except for electric, the time it takes to kill things also makes it crap. NO REAL LOOT to be found, I was there for 3 hours i looted a total of 2800 credits, while i didn't die, it still cost me 10k for the buff that i used while i was there, not to mention the food I ate probably another 10k maybe, and the damage to my armor / weapons (from use). Cloning fee and insurance another almost 5k. All the travel expenses what maybe 10k yavin to tat to endor. So that brings the cost of this little outing for me to be somewhere around 50k maybe. Now if it was an enjoyable time, i wouldn't care, but to me the SBD's they are just too boring, they take way too long to kill, you can't possibly progress in this place because by the time you kill something 3 more bigger things ahve spawned on you. So why would a group of people do this, when they can just get into a solo group and do an average of 4 to 500k in the same time in missions. With less costs out of poket to them, this is why the game is messed up, there is no reason to make things ungodly hard for the people who try to explore the content of the game, for the amount of time it would take me to complete this dungeon i'm sure that I could spend it running missions and make more then enough money to pay for whatever i want in an auction of some crazy gamers that found some kind of exploit or loopwhole to make it through. The armor probably will be out of my reach on this but i'm can't use it anyway.

Well, I didn't actually come here to rant, I just would like an answer if this is going to be the new standard for content added to the game? Will every new dungeon added be filled with droids that are untouchable to the average player? Or (I hope) is this new content (DWB and the Corvette) just a part that was added to try to give something to those extreme players? I just hope that all future dungeons won't be this hard.

That's from one room, I don't mind a challenge but this is insane, you'd need 40-50 elite combat professions to get by some of the rooms, we got to one room and there was 6 SBD's spawned in a circle.

I've been to the bunker twice today. First time, I didn't know one thing about it other than new loot. Got there, fought some of the Super Battle Droids and almost went through a chestplate and helmet before I discovered that I couldn't get into it without talking to an NPC on Tat and/or Corellia. Later in the day, I went and talked to the persons necessary and went back. Got in, grouped with some people and got in the second main room where you needed to kill an NPC for the key. Looted the key and got in the door, proceeded to kill for two hours. Insane hams, and damagegiven by the NPC's...a great challenge, without a doubt. I somehow got tef'd in the spam and got triple incapped by an Imperial PC that took it upon himself to disease/poison/fire me while I was feigning death (wondering how I got a TEF). Took the whole fun out of my trip, and it reminded me of the early holo craze at the Weapons Depot when Imperial PC's could kill the Storm troopers and target any tef'd Rebels. My suggest to SOE for these types of fun cave/dungeons.

MAKE THEM INSTANCED!!!

Make it like the Corvette but without the two hour run around before hand...

I dont know if any of u remmeber, but the devs about 2 months ago posted that they were planing on adding endgame areas 2 the game(ex. Corvette, DWB). These were made for the elite not for the weak. They promised 2 put new areas 2 the game that are for non-powergamers.

you wouldn't feel like sharing the locations of the NPC's you have to talk to on Tatooine and/or Corellia to gain access?

no one is willing to share this info and that's really annoying

I'm curious as to what the feedback from the test center was on this dungeon. Did anyone there manage to complete a single piece of armor? I thought our group was doing well, made it past the door with the keycard, past multiple battle droids, several Death Watch Wraiths, talked with the technician only to be presented with one path, right through a room with 4 super battle droids. To clarify which room this was (as there are so many SBDs in the whole place), it was the large room downstairs shortly after the technician with the miner in it.4 super battle droids is simply too much. I don't know how on gods green earth you expect a tailor, droid engineer and armorsmith to make it down there.Short of taking 2 full groups down, and having onegroup member sacrifice himself at eachSBD so that a core of a few can take the crafters to the end ,I'm not sure as this can be done. And what is the reward for all those people needed to make it to thebottom?Armor for one person. It has been said, but I'll say it again, too toughto be fun for the vast majority of players and too much decay on the armor and weaponry. It's a shame too that a new dungeon was ruined with the same old SBDs that everyone hated on the Corvette. Weeks and weeks between new content, and even then much of it is recycled. How is it that you can test these dungeons and yet not realize how much of your customer base they will anger? Below are my ratingd for the last 3 mini-published dungeons.

1. Geo Cave - B+ (the Kwi trains are annoying, but even a small group of decent players can clear the dungeon with a few touch and go moments. The loot is varied andhas something to offer for a number of classes and none of it is really overpowered or so rare it can't be obtained by most players willing to put in the time)

2. Corellian Corvette - C (Liked the instanced dungeon idea out in space, and the off planet hunt for tickets. AV-21 is cool, but why give everyone in the group a schematic and only have the power plant spawn once, if you're lucky? 1 Person gets a new ride and 9 others get a useless schematic. Again, SBDs = angry players. Also, this dungeon is too easily run in the space of 5 minutes once you know where you are going.)

3. Death Watch Bunker - D- (Barely passing in my book. See above)

Another publish like this and I think a lot more people will be leaving the game. I want to like this game, and every month I have patience and faith the devs will make it better, but the trend I'm seeing is that things are just getting worse. It's a real shame, this game has been out so long and needs new content, but the Death Watch Bunker was not the way to go IMHO.

Dumbest. Post. Ever.

I'm so tired of all you people who think that because you have no life other than SWG that everything should be made for you. Too bad the Devs apparently think the same way.

O.K. I'm tired of hearing how this is only for powergamers...

I am a power gamer.

I am a BH with the best Krayt Armor/Krayt Weapons (by Smo-Key)/Every skill tape known to man... and I've been playing since day 1 (see the little date by my name?)

I can't even get in with 10 other guys like me... All buffed... All hopped up on spice... Every foodstuff available...

Again...way to hard.....I did not even want the armor...just looking for something new to do, but DAMN!!

Battle Droids (Roger Roger) are far too powerful.....suppose to bet the scrub of the bunch.

Super Battle Droids....insane.

The Bounty Hunters...not too bad.

Anyways, after getting whipped around in a group of 20+ players with 3 jedi and not getting one loot item, it is no longer any fun.

This isn't for the "elite", it's impossible. Even with all the people rushing it tonight, everyone's still getting wiped out at the early parts because there's too many droids. Deep inside would be even worse because there aren't all those other people around to help kill them.

If anyone ever manages to get in and do anything, it'll be some uberguild that can mobilize 50+ master combat classes who follow every order. Pickup groups and multi-guild raids don't work because of the impossibility of coordinating everything, and even an uberguild raid team would get wiped when someone trains a room full of SBDs onto them.

Just got back.. all I gotta say is you have to be f'ing kidding me with this crap. This isn't fun. Its complete overkill. You cant kill the stuff fast enough to avoid the next spawn. You need the whole server to go just to get to the first bottom room. Just like the Corvette once was enough for me. I wont be going back. Looking like Boba Fett isn't that damn important.
