This sounds really cool! And I love the idea of special instances for your group... but you should be able to take more then one group together.... in FF XI they have alliances that you can go into an instance with up to 64 players...

Can you clone on the ship?

If not do you:

  • end up on the planet you traveled from to get to the dungeonwhen you die (and is so in which cloning facility? The one closest to the point where you traveled to the dungeon? The one with your cloningdata, if it is on that planet at all)

  • or do you end up on the planet where you are cloned.

Just curious...

The dungeon has limited instances created so that only you and your group will be in a private copy of the dungeon at a time. Multiple groups can be enjoying the adventure simultaneously but each group will have their own copy and not impede upon each other.

Holy mother of God, you guys are completely consistent on making EVERYONE happy...I think the sky is falling

once you complete the mission for the NPCs, you say we then get immediately shuttled to the corvette? Now wait a minute, so we are all of a sudden loaded on the corvette?

I guess that my questions are these:

1) After completing the missions, can we only visit the corvette once? Or is there a rendevous point with a shuttle that we can use all the time?

2) Say I complete the missions, can I form a group and take them all with me to the shuttle? Or does everybody in the group have to complete the missions?

when you say "limited instances" IS my group going to be waiting for a shuttle forever to have a dungeon copy available?

So now we'll have nine adventures, 3 Imperial, 3 Rebel and 3 Neutral that have to be completed before being "shuttled" to the dungeon.

Clarify this please, becuase the first time I looked at it I understood it to be that each person had to complete these "9 adventures."

Gotcha. Good point - - nine different paths.

3 potential paths for Imperials, 3 for rebels and three for neutrals - - not 9 total.

Ok, here's the million dollar question(s).

1 - Does everyone in the group have to complete the quest prior, or can one person in the group do the preliminary quests and the entire group is warped with them (minor issue really, but it would affect whether or not another player could join up with the group after the first part of the preliminary quests are don).

2 - Can a Rebel, an Imperial, and a Neutral group together and complete the dungeon?

No longer holding out hope, SWG will never be the game we fought so hard for, that we believed so much in. Farewell friends.

Huh?

And is this Imperial Oasis a new POI, or is it something in exsistence that I've just missed? (boo to Imperials being the only ones to planet hop )

The Imperials don't have to planet hop, they can start from any of the three spots and compete the mission. There are just starting points on two different planets for them, so really it's an advantage if it's anything. And it actually makes no difference.

You can do it solo if you are able. Don't you think they would say "You must be in a group to shuttle up to the Corvette" if that was the case? They say group all the time because the game was pretty much made to encourage grouping. It's much more fun that way, especially if you can group with some RL friends.

Some of my pet peeve bugs:
•Armorsmith protection layers were not converted with the CU.
•Ship Details window does not close when you click "Travel" resulting in the message "You have lost the target. Closing interface."

TH or Runesabre, badges for each? A generic badge for all? Or no badge at all?

Excellent! Please keep this model in mind for the future. You have quite a few players that stay away from your dungeons because of all the negative stuff that goes with the inevitable camping. The idea of having a place with content away from the griefing and often exploiting leet doods that inhabit any dungeon/POI with a rare drop is annoying.
