It is wonderful to see the monthly Story Arc is scheduled to continue, that Imperials will become more noticeable and Storm Troopers may become annoying, and that there are plans for Droid Engineers that are evidently startling enough to grab a front page banner on the Dev site.

Yet, 7 months into this game, there are still huge issues affecting daily game play that just flat are being ignored or shelved. Bounty Hunters and the chasing Jedi thing just flat doesn't work. Vehicles still warp. Group commands have never worked. Group members still "ghost", and you still have to reboot the servers daily to "fix" the badly designed and never worked as intended database issues.

It would be nice if you could just call a hiatus on ALL NEW CONTENT until you have the long list of existing bugs fixed. Everytime you introduce something new, you break something old and we then fall into a cycle of hotfixes and emergency nerfs and the long list of bugs that have always existed just sit there gathering dust.

It is so very disheartening to log in each morning - see the hot fix patch flash - and hope beyond any reasonable hope that something important was actually fixed, only to see that it wasn't.

my List

1. make pets and vehicles not disappear. sometimes it disappears right away other times I can battle for 1/2 hour and it stay right there.to correct this make them not go away or do away with the in a camp, city or near declared residence crap.

2. Missions that disappear right as I approach it! sure I get paid but I was after the XP after all. I used to think it was griefers killing them but as I can see this is not the case. I was groups with another person yesterday and 3 of our 4 missions got "completed" as we were about 50m away.

3. drastic shifts in mission waypoints. Sometimes it will move out 400 meters further 3 different times or will jump 250 meters sharply to the left or right or even back. I take 2 missions from the terminal is the same direction only to find they are 2k meters apart in way off directions.

4. character naming: ie. the guy named yurname sux or one of these oh so creative JeDi KiLlA. I am not one of the hard nose Star Wars only names but some are just plain rediculous on the same note the filter tends to go way overboard I said Merry C-h-r-i-s-t-m-a-s and get Merry !@#$%^mas.

5. over inflated economy. 150k credit guns?!?! but no one wants to buy a small house for more than 10k

Mission difficulties for groups are messed up. As a Master Commando, my solo missions are level 25. If I group with my friend (a Master Doctor / Novice Marksman) my max mission difficulty drops to 17.

The naming filters don't even comply with the rules of the EULA. We were told that there would be no "titles" for names, and yet a CSR told my friend just yesterday that there's nothing that can be done about a player with the name "Bounty Hunter". Bounty Hunter isn't a title according to them and neither is Doctor (or Doktor) or "Masta", "Mastah", etc.

Way back when, we were told they wouldn't allow stupid, non-roleplay names but now they allow practically anything as long as it isn't Jesus (religious), Abraham Lincoln (historical, haven't tried this one, might be worth a laugh), or Mickey Mouse (copyright). Stupid is just fine by them, ILoveAParade-, TimmyIsTheOne, and BabyWookiehaveall been allowed on Starsider.

Give me a shadowed forest into which I might disappear.
Give me a terrible foe and stack the odds against me.
Give me friends and creatures with whom I can share my adventures, my losses and my gains.
Let the gales blow and the world be torn asunder but don't make me stand alone against the tempest.

SUGGESTION: Why can't the devs make it so the Empire takes special orders from crafters for resources or items. Like have a tailor make 500 uniform boots for the Empire. They could pay per resource unit used. This could be a reward for accomplishing an Imperial NPC mission or for just being factionally aligned with the imperials.Artisans could make droid detectors, power conditioners etc. DE could make mouse droids.

The core objection is going to be "credit farming" and having a massive money fawcet, but Ill ask.

What type of reward amount would you suggest?

As far as "credit farming" goes, it's not that different from the way combat classes can "credit farm" missions. But credits need not be the only payoff here. What I'd suggest would be a combination of:

1) 1-3 credits per resource used (which barely covers costs in all the galaxies I know of)

2) Some faction points (comparable to running a high-level faction combat mission)

3) Crafting experience (equal or greater to the amount gained from grinding out all those items, EVEN IF the items were made in a factory).

Number 3 is the most important, in my mind, because it'd be a way for crafters to get experience by doing something that resembles being a crafter (i.e. filling an order), rather than grinding in practice mode.

This could also potentially be a more challenging alternative to those ridiculous "crafting" missions we get from terminals. Have the missions require items to fulfill certain requirements - for example, clothes in a certain color, weapons with a specified maximum damage and/or with a specified scope/barrel type, armor with a specified durability and/or specified color, droids with specified modules installed... you get the picture. All of this would be infinitely more satisfying than slapping three provided items together in a generic crafting tool without any experimentation or skill of any type involved. If you tie it to the GCW, andmake it so we can gain experience in the process instead of sitting in a corner and grinding, congratulations, you've just given us a big piece of that "content" thing we crafters are clamoring for.

The camp requirement for calling vehicles and mounts has got to go.
Combat timers prevent the pet-store/call exploit and since camps disband immediately when you enter combat, it seems to me that the entire reason for camping from a game mechanic standpoint has been done away with. Now they're just useful for healing wounds in the field and as a timesink for scouts/rangers.

CH's can build camps anyway. The "profession advantage" is built into their profession. Now that everyone can have mounts and vehicles, non-scouting characters have a need to tap into this part of the game. Unfortunately, FIFTEEN skill points is *WAY* too expensive just so my character can pull out his vehicle and drive around.

Furthermore, my vehicle keeps auto-storing. The hotfix seems to keep them in the world when I'm riding it, but when I'm in a building it will sometimes go away. I used to think that maybe it was thieves stealing it when my back was turned, but lately it's been poofing when I'm looking at it.

This has been called for before, but I'll ask again... Either 1) remove the camp requirement for vehicles & mounts or 2) give us aninexpensivecamp that can be used by anyone that has no benefit other than allowing a mount/vehicle to be called.

The Devs talk about making the game fun. Right now, it's more frustrating than fun.

Addendum to above post - when I say "crafting experience", I mean crafting experience of the appropriate type. Artisans can max out on general crafting experience pretty easily; it's the elite crafters that really need new ways to get experience (that don't involve new and exciting grinding macros).

Ummm, well if this is sort of a wish list for stuff that doesn't seem to fit in the other forums....I'd like to see the invisible footprint for houses expanded somewhat such that we could landscape and otherwise decorate the outside of our houses. I'd like to at least be able to place plants on my entrance patio or a light.

Our mayor was hoping we could create a city zoo, by dropping bioengineered pets in one of our gardens. He wasn't able to do so. This would also be a nice feature.

Needless to say, I would like to have an up/down option so that I could place items on tables in my house. It would also be nice if chests, armoires, etc. could also be used to hold items.

These are hardly gamebreaking issues, but would be nice features I would enjoy.
