Enough time to run for a drink of water or get the door. Like 2 minutes.

Yes. I'd be willing to give up unattended play beyond two minutes. Or rather, I would be willing to stop doing any action. I don't like getting kicked from the game, because it takes me over 15 minutes just load back in - very very slow PC.

1) Yes, I have on a couple of occasions where I didn't have time to sit down. (Kids doing something, someone coming to the door, phone ringing...)

2) The game should auto-log us out after 20 mins of no keyboard or mouse activity. That leaves plenty of room for error. Anything longer than 20 mins is excessive.

3) 15 mins is fine.

Extremely rarely in public places, I'll leave the keyboard while performing to grab a drink from the fridge, which takes about 10-15 seconds, (most often I'll stop what I'm doing, which is as easy as hitting the 's' key on my keyboard, which I have mapped to '/stand'). Especially without having that 15-second wait anymore to start performing again, I'm happy to stop what I'm doing even for the 10 seconds to get the drink.
When in private locations with one or two close friends, I'll sometimes step away for as long as however long it takes to go pee. (I wouldn't have a problem with stopping for this situation though).

I'd say 0-2 minutes is a good measure.

I just want to clarify that I have never ever given any kind of buff AFK, and though I've been master dancer for a very long time I just recently mastered musician after the last patch. While I was in the cantina gettting xp for that I would sit when I had to go AFK, except for I think 3 times when I had to leave quickly.

Not for any prelonged period of time ( a minute or so) for the usual bio break. Too many people know my views on unattended play id be torn to shreds if I was caught. If I need longer I logout always.

I accept that rl can be intrusive on gameplay but would be happy with the existing system of 15 minutes forced afk tag then 15 minutes logout.

I'm more of the 5-10 min. AFK and forcing the player into an inactive animation and a total 30min. toauto logout. If someone haven't reacted to anything in 5-10 min., the ship pretty much has no one at the helm.

1. not for any length of time. I'll keep my char playing if I go to the fridge to get a drink, but that's about it. I also might tab out of the game occasionally to quickly check something and still keep playing, but I'll always be back within a minute or two. Anything longer than that, and I'll stop playing and sit down.

3. I've read that question four times now and am still not sure what exactly you mean. Maybe I'm just being thick this morning... are you asking if I think it's okay if our characters couldn't do any ingame actions anymore after the AFK flag comes up? If that's the question, then my answer is definitely Yes.

1. when I first started leveling on TC, yes. there were hardly any ents on TC, I needed the xp, and it's in our guild hall/cantina. I ended up having to repeatedly disease Odi with my CM alt (atk) anyway, since EH xp was nearly impossible to get.

now, no. I almost always stop dancing when I need leave my chair, unless it's urgent (dinner burning or something)

3. I think that everything should be given up after you get the afk flag. Whats the point of playing the game where you AREN'T playing the game.

Not at all. In fact, have an AFK animation that prevents any action other that defending. If the character is standing have them stare off into space slack jawed. If they are sitting, have the head fall bacl with their mouth agape
