Now there is a very easy fix for all of this, and its something you all need to take very seriously. If a patron does something like this to you, simply take down his PA tags on a piece of paper, and tell all the patrons you service what idiots they are, and that they'd be much better off going with a nice PA (who happens to tip you well, coincidentaly).

Moral of this story is not to buff UNTIL you receive your tip. Heck I wouldn't have even travelled that far for a pest like that if I didn't get at least half first.

This tip thing has sure come full circle since last June.

I would tip him 2 credits, and when he complained, I would simply tell him "well it does not cost you any resources to provide me with xp". How many times have we heard that one?

it's perfectly plausible that some guy out there doenst read the forums, and doesn't have much friends, thinks he should get 50k! Perfectly plausible due to the state of our profession. There are wacky people out there! And I find this one part of that category.

If it makes you feel better, with my alts. I always find and listen to and watch entertainers that are there. And I have been known to walk up to one I wasn't even listening to and /tap them on the shoulder. If I get a response /tip 5000. Seem to keep them on there toes a bit more.

I just recently started getting serious about becoming a Master Dancer. So I've been spending a lot of time in the Coronet cantina. Only I'm actually there unlike over half of the dancer's in there. So what I was doing to let everyone know I was awake in a suttle way was smiling at them when they entered the room. I definately got postive results. I made all kinds of tips from doing this. One guy gave me a 1000k tip just for not being afk. I thought that was really nice.

I came to this forum just to see how banged up other professions are (I'm a Pike(wo)man). I came across this post and was floored. What a rude, insensitive, pompass, ungreatfulturd. By the way, Dancers, I leave a 1k tip to working, smiling, talk-to-me dancers and musicians.....all those AFKreceive 500. The AFK folks are providing a service...there or not. I play early mornings and many times it is hard to find a working Dancer or Musician. At any rate, I appreciate you guys as, I have never had the courage to be a dancer or musician in the 6 months I have played this game.

Another thing I ran across as a Master Doctor, was people who would say, "Buff Me or Heal Me". Quickly, I would check to see if my title was showing by doing a Ctrl+P. Sure enough it wasn't. It must have been a glitch or something because, I remembered turning it on before I logged out last. Anyway, before I say anything to the person, I will generally flash my Master title. This willgenerally neta different response from forward players. I have found that there are many out there that play this game who are kids with complexes. These kids have superiority complexes and willoften adopt an uber combat profession to lord there strength over all other players. In turn they will try to intimidate other less or non-combative professions into bowing to their will. It's really not very effective. Asa Master TK/Master Doctor I would generally give these rude kids a lesson notsoont forgotten.....combat Macros are very effective against Commandos...hehe. Either thator you will end up chasing them all over the place whilst they try to get an optimum distance from you to flame. Either way, it looks funny to see a Commando running from a Doctor....

I love Dancers and Musicians. You guys and gals keeptheparty pumpingand I will keep the tips/BF/and Dirty Mindflowing.

Last.....I think you handled this guy well....considering.
