I visit to see if there's any news to be had... and remind myself that there still exist a number of live performers throughout the galaxies, regardless of our different views on a given topic. When this forum dies, so dies my hope. So uh, don't die!

Today specifically?...I came to see if there was anything new going on. Whenever there's something relevant to entertaining, as someone else said above, news almost always breaks here first.

I read most all professional forums and post on those I have a 'heart' in
I think we need to be aware of everyone in the game and not just ourselves in our corners
and as a old time Tailor, I got to stay current with performers topics or I would just sit and nod while in session with clients.

I read all the forums as I prefer to keep on top of any current events that may affect my Estate (guild/city), for a number of reasons. To be able to prepar them for any changes, to be able to be semi-knowledgable on questions they have regarding anything in the game (or at least know where to go for them, since I skim thread topics anymore for a lot of professions - seems like it's always nothing more than repeat questions of people who don't read the stickies).
As for Dancer, right this second, to see the discussions regarding /covercharge.
The first profession I ever mastered was Dancer. I dropped it during the holo-craze. If Kyphi wasn't completely locked into her skills that she needs to run the Estate, I'dhave her learnMaster Dancer. Though, I picked up Entertainer when the skill point costs for politician went away, so now I can change my own lipstick color, some hair styles, and dance (Ent 1041).

I quit playing for quite awhile & I'm trying to get back up to speed & see what has changed. Things have certainly gotten better which makes me glad I started playing again.
