That would be a camo kit (see your local ranger)
Survey Range mods are already provided by BE's/Tailors - unfortimately the can't be crafted at the moment and when they were craftable, the mods did not work.
Critical failures are gone for everyone BUT Bio-Engineers. (either as intended or its not being addressed)
As for the camo kit.... Whats a Ranger? I know of 3, 2 never play and the other does not craft for any reason.
New Rangers are impossible due to the Trapping exp bug - it's impossible to Master Scout unless you do it 1xp at a time (trapping) or start out as a noob.
Now to be add some input, after my mini-rant.
I'd like to see Buffs that:
increase Level of samplable creatures (+10 Level so we can sample up to CL85 creatures)
increase Level of callable creatures (a 3 hr buff that lets us call CL80 pets (CL20 for non-CH))
doubles LENGTH of doctor buffs (45mins sucks - we want 1hr 30min or more)
increases movement speed (including crawl)
And I too thought camo kits were busted. Even if they're not, surely they could use a boost.

Ok, just want to stop by thinking as a tailor and not a dancer for a second.
I love almost all of the ideas I've seen. I think my only concern would be new inspiration buffs treading on the territory of other professions. I have no idea what other professions can do, but these are the bonuses tailors can do in BE clothing:
- Musician/dancer battle fatigue healing
- Augmentation/cure efficiency
- Wild/vicious creature taming
- Healing efficiency
- Unarmed damage/terrain negotiation
- Camouflage/maskscent
- Surveying
- Ranged/melee defense
In case they ever fix it, I'd rather not see entertainers just duplicating our services.
But I love the idea of an expanded color palette buff. Wonder if it's possible.

I'm really enjoying the ideas in this thread. Here's a few that pop immediately to my mind:
- A temporary increase in combat level/health level or temporary armor use so we and crafters can check on harvesters without being vrelt fodder.
- Anything for BEs! BEs have no profession specific bonuses available to them and they would be overjoyed to have them! (can you say Secret Research Data?)
- Vehicular control. I could Really use this. Maybe my friends would be willing to let me drive once in a while.
- Luck that affected non-professionrelated things like fishing. Pappi caught a leaf one time. It would be cool to catch something that had value in the economy. It would be fun to search a lair and find something besides eggs or creepy things too. Maybe this would get people into the hotels and special cantinas to play the jubilee wheels.
Keep them coming everyone. I'll toss a list together in a few days.

I'm poking at people in game to solicit suggestions. I've posted what I have so far.. hrm.. I'm gonna talk to smugglers tonight I think (though duh, I am partly a smuggler, but I just can't seem to stop thinking like a dancer). I'm also going to try to beat up .. er.. sweet talk a weaponsmith or two.
Lets seee, Having not read any of the above posts here are my ideas..
- How about a +10 to Serveying Sucesses
- Improvement to servayingdistance
- A bonus to harvesting hides meat and stuff like that...
- Improved Fishing Sucess
- Color Plallet buff for non master IDs?
- Damage and Wound healing Improvements
- Track Radius Improvement
