I'm wondering if i should even become a creature handler anymore. the only reason i was going to was to get a pair of grand wrixes to help me do missions and to protect me from the dangers of travelling. is it even worth becoming a creature handler to get these? or just get some regular wrixas a non-ch? if they are worth it, what level ch do i have to be?

Oh yeah it's still worth it.

There are a lot of valid complaints about the profession and things that we feel are unfair but all that aside there's nothing like having a pair of kick butt mobs on each side of you helping out.

But I think like any other profession out there.. It needs some tweaking.

I'm just trying to get MasterCH so I can have out both my GSPs again

I have a wrix, a mottled wrix and a grand wrix, all three are great creatures, there is a form of GSP that is a level 11...I think - minor sludge panther, if he's half as good as the GSP he'd make a great companion for you

if you only want them for missions then why pay? you can get a ch novice lvl pet wihtout paying any skill points with up to 5k ham.

Where can I find a Grand Wrix, I've been searching all over Corellia and I can't find any babies. Can someone help me out?

I found my 3 just NW of Tyrena on Correlia. Go to the foothills of the mountains. They usually spawn with normal wrix nests or prides.

We just did 6 Grand Wrix missions and no Grand babies spawned. There were plenty of Mottled babies however. Did they take Grand babies from us now too?

Both of mine were gotten from wandering packs, not lairs, around Tyrena. They may not spawn from lairs. Crimson razor cats are insanely easy to find if you go SE of Doaba Gurfel towards the water. You can't walk without tripping over a lair or three.
