No luck. I guess the insanely easy is too much for me. I did see a pack of deranged wrix's and killed around 10 of them. No babies spawned, though i can't say I really wanted a deranged wrix anyway. Now I'm running all the way from this area to the rebel base. It's about 9000m away. If I don't find a Grand by the time I get there I'm just going to buy one. I've spent around 8 hours looking for a Grand baby, and that's ridiculous IMO.

8 hours ridiculous? Before the patch that made them spawn like durni I spend the better part of a week hunting for baby grondas! Patience, young grasshopper!

I've found wrix like to spawn when you least expect them. Especially in the Riverlands. They also seem to like the shady banks of rivers, but I think that's just my luck. I always seem to run into the creatures I'm looking for after I stop looking for them and try to find something else. Maybe it's karma.

Pretend you are looking for durni and see if that doesn't turn every spawn in to a wrix lair

Sorry it's just not any fun spending the better part of a full day on something and accomplishing absolutely nothing. I didnt come across any in my 5th trip to the rebel base and have now given up. I'll find a seller somewhere tonight.

I was actually under the impression that they nixed them with the last big patch. I haven't seen a baby grand wrix in at least two weeks. None, not one single solitary one, and it's not from lack of playing. Lots of mottled babies, and regular babies. Ton of GSP babies. No grand wrixs. Let me know if you have any luck.

I've tamed 2 GW in the last week, so I think the babies are still around. Sometimes I'll go days without seeing one, then 3 or 4 will pop up on my screen in one night.

Things just seem to run in cycles; for the last couple days I couldn't find a Crimson Razor Cat anywhere; tonight I went to all the same areas and ran into 3 of the babies (only had room for one tho, still can't bring myself to delete the extra Grand Wrix (Wrixes? Wrixi?) I've been carrying in my DP.

Yes i can confirm gran wrix babies still spawn ,, whew....

Right after posting i took a couple faction missions and was a grand wrix baby on way to that.. Just outside coronet.

I have 4 grand wrix in my datapad. I find them very easily in Corellia. The lairs around the rebel base are swarming with grands. At least they were for me. I found that if I leave, and circle back, the babies will spawn for me. But whatever you do, don't try and make them spawn....at least if you're a novice like me....lol between the mottled wrix and the grand wrix attacks, the regular wrix are hard pressed to get an attack in...I'm on the Corbantis server...just keep looking. no2

I got 3 a few days ago...would've gotten more but I ran out of room.

Ran between 2 nests of them about 300 meters apart and tamed 3 in 30 minutes and spotted a 4th within another 5 minutes.

Hmmm, it may be related to my mission level, as there was nobody else around for miles when I've been up there. I get around level 15 missions, and the loc I usually head to when looking for them is 4778, 3372, if that helps you find any CRCs.

I just tamed a GW baby tonight, so they still exist, but once again, it was from a wandering pack of wrixes, not a lair.

Oh, and all three grand wrixes were found running around Tyrena, on the north-ish side, if that helps as well. I've never seen one around the rebel base, but I've only been there one or two times.

Thanks for your help. I'm, scouring the mountains north of Tyrena as we speak. And after this I think I need a few days off from SWG lol. I've played too much today and accomplished too little.

I have had a hell of a time finding Grand Wrix's. But I just found out my friend who gets level 25 missions on Correlia can get GW missions. So we're heading out from Doaba and hoping to bag me one of those. And if I get lucky maybe a Crimson Razor Cat as well
