I wanted to let everyone know that I did submit an e-mail. I don't know what possessed me. Maybe the need for change. I just basically said everything I felt a correspondent should be and left it at that. If I'm picked I'll do my best. Good luck to everyone.

Anyone from the PA Beast.They can internally select who they think would suit the position best.

Wow things sound harsh. I wouldnt want to have to live up to that. I would get fired the first 3 days for calling the Devs a crap load of butt-monkeys or something. Anyway I dont think I will vote. I think the person who should be correspondent is the person who really wants to be. No voting, it only starts fights arguements and alot of hate, hate is bad, no hate.

To be honest with you I am happy and fine right now with CH, I mean I still got my pets so i'm happy. It would be nice to have the issues and bugs fixed though so we can at least play with ease and no worries

Respawn rate fixed

Creature speed fixed

Creature behavior/obidience

Auto attack on mounts repaired( make it so we dont have ot set anything)

And pet mob control and tanking focused upon the pets reapired. ( I am tired of the creatures runnign stright for me)

They still need to play around with the health and levels a bit more, some creatures (frenzied grual *cough) need to be brought back to life as they say.

And finish making more things tamable on the rest of the plantes (they only did like 4 planets? wth is that?)

And on top of that other bugs such as no creature spawns when your riding your speeder on rori are back. also the movement twitch where the screen would spin around and then launch up so you are looking down at your character. I thought they just fixed half of this crap. Pretty soon we are gunna be rubber-banding gain.

It seems there's more importance to the point people brought up about keeping your cool more, apparently the scout corr got fired this afternoon for some un-named attack on the devs, and he didn't even get a goodbye post like the AS corr when he got fired because they deleted it :/.

Guys, you do realize that the correspondent position is not one that we nominate people for, right? It's open to whomever wants to apply, and the Devs will make their decision based on the criteria TH has listed.

I don't want a correspondent who is a fanatic - note particularlythe 3rd point: "Can you objectively identify relevant issues and distinguish them from simply passionate arguments?" I don't want a correspondent picked by some type of "good ol' boys" club. I don't want a correspondent with his/her own agenda or an axe to grind.

I want a correspondent who is reasonable, articulate, knowledgeable, and above all objective. I think that many people still misunderstand what it is that the correspondent does.It's really quite simple, and again I quote from criteria posted: "We're (the Devs) are just looking for someone who can help us sort through the various issues for this profession"

The correspondent is not a messiah or a white in shining armor.The correspondent is just that - a correspondent. Let's not be burdening whoever ends up beingour correspondent with unreasonable expectation or undue pressure.

I am touched and honored by those of you who have mentioned my name for the position.

It is very gratifiying to be held in such esteem by my fellow creature handlers.

I won't be applying, as stated previously, but since Tazz's account was renewed for a year back in February, I'm going to keep logging in and getting at least some of my money's worth out of this game, and will of course be here in the forum, foisting my opinions on all of you and aiding those who are up and coming CHs with whatever advise they might find useful.

I do appreciate it. 3 weeks ago I would have tossed my hat in the ring, but my CH account is up sunday. The cu just made PvE too easy and after soloing pvp in bestine killing 8 imps I think Pvp got too easy too). Oh and yes I used my pets and immediately some a$$ said "oh no not pet wars again" so it seems the CH love is still out there.

This game feels nothing like star wars anymore to me. I still have corpus as a Doc but even he got nerffed and that account ends in august.

I will miss the friends from this forum, I still say this is the closest knit profession in the whole game. up untill the CU we survived the worst nerf in the history of the game which culled our numbers, I think the new corr will have a real challenge on their hands, good luck to them.
