Better yet. It's been reported that the Wookiees are in battle armor.

Everyone knows Wookiees can't wear armor. Wookiees are just oo odly shaped to fit into anything. I mean, the extent of the modding that armorsmiths can do is; make lekku phase through helmets, make Zabrak horns fit in helmets, make helmets warp to fit the large heads of Mon Calamari and the long snouts of the Bothans and Rodians, and make bracers fit the large forarms of Mon Calamari.

It is yet to be descovered how to make gloves fit someone with three fingers, even tipless gloves, so how in the galaxy are the oddly shaped wookiees supposed to wear armor?

Why don't you ask George Lucas? He has approved Wookiees wearing armor in the EU. Chewie actually wears Bounty Hunter armor in one of the books. There is a report on a spoiler site that Wookiees in Battle Armor are in the upcomming movie.

So no, not everyone knows Wookiees can't wear armor. Not even the person that created them.

From a realistic point of view of course Wookiees could wear armor. Odd shaped bodies? Ever seen a Mon Cals head? In reality every suit of armor was pretty much a custom job. The armorsmith would take measurements and craft armor to fit the specific person.

All it would take to make armor for Wookiees is armor scaled up for their size. Which wouldn't be very difficult really. It would be just as easy to make three fingered gloves and such.

Something else to take into account. Wookiees are a civilized and technologicly advanced culture. Any culture that has the knowledge to make weapons such as a Bowcaster would also make ways to protect the species against harm. Which means armor. Just as the Dosh would have created three fingered gloves prior to their trip to the stars.

Palicago,

If you were being sarcastic my apologies. It's sometimes hard to figure out if someone is being sarcastic based just off their written words.

i agree, the little buffed stat wont help us in advancing any advance profession that will have a chance to take hit (melee mostly). i donno about u but i saw a guy with armor doing tka alongside with me, he dont even have to use special, the huurton touch him like 10 damamge per time and he regens it right away. that's ridiculous.

From what I understand wookies can be a JEDI? Is this true? If no then why? If yes then is their any drawback to that?

Wookie armor likely won't have boots either.

(just saying)
