I was walking to my harvesters just outside of Tyrena(sp?) and there was a baby grand stanting there all by itself. I walked up and tamed it first try.

I didn't realise they were rare or something.

This isn't a flame to NhojRemzak and I hope I don't come off as being sarcastic but your advice isn't really that helpful. I was novice pistoleer before I was even offered Crazed Durni missions let alone Wrix missions (no matter how many and what level pets I grouped with). By the time a Creature Handler is being offered Wrix missions he's proabably looking for a pet in the Gurreck/Rancor range.

Perhaps he could ask a higher level player to find a couple of missions on the terminal for him though.

I've made plenty of runs on Corellia taming as I go. The wrix lairs I usually run across are near water so check by the rivers. Be careful they will all aggro if the baby does. Took me a couple of times as novice to get Mack(my Grand Wrix) but I've had him ever since. He's grrrreat!!!

There were a TON of Grand Wrix thicketsNorth-East by East of Nashal on Talus last night. If you hurry, there might still be some around there.

I got my Grand Wrix by random luck on Talus a while back. He's my baby boy

I got lucky with mine. I sat down in my camp just north of Coronet, and the warp thing happened. I ended up at 0,0 on the map. I was a little po'd. I ran southwest towards Corellia for about 5 minutesand happend upon a full pack of Grand Wrix's, all non-aggro! The pack had 2 babies. I trained one with my second attempt, woulda trained the other but I did not want to drop any of my other creatures as I had the max for my level. Needless to say I was very happy. Warp me any day I say!

Any place these normally spawn ive been looking and cant seem to find them anywhere

I usually find Wrix lairs in the mountains and along river banks.

I don't recall the location but I just got a baby grandwrix from a lair on a river bank.

Was this on Talus or Correllia?

I found both of mine on Talus. I found tons of lairs on Corellia but never spawned a Grand Wrix baby for me.

I was pretty far west of the Imperial Outpost on Talus when I found mine. I was happy with just finding one, but as I was hunting I stumbled upon another lair that had one, so decided to pick that one up as well.

I usually found their spawn points along river banks, or other sources of water.

Check around the plains (middle of the map) on Correlia or on Telus. You can also find them on Dantooine so I've been told

I've spoted the Elusive baby GW and Sludge Panter on talus in both the north and south parts of the landmass.

Unfortunatly I can't train them yet so I got myself a Wrix for now.

I saw a lair last night west of Tyrena in the foothills past the river in a big clump of trees, their lair was right next to a gronda lair. This was on Eclipse server. Hope this helps.
