I could be wrong, but I think +10 is all you need.

Currently I am selling mostly +25 medical clothing. Relatively few of my +25 Taming clothing are being bought.

I am only asking 25000 for them, hell 2 piket missions pay for them. I advertise them on the Trade forum.

/confused

What is going on my fellow CHers? Did the Devs break the taming enansements now that milk flows freely?

Actully I would buy some.. however there are like no BE's on my server. why do i need + vicious taming? Maybe it would solve the problem that I cant call my level 69 kimogila due to not enough taming at master level. Lol! As for taming pets in the wild, I find it MUCH easier to wear mask scent clothes, as your mask scent will break much less often! Thus easier tame !

"I'm selling it at a reasonable price"

Evidently others don't think so, which was really the point of my post. Even at 5k they don't move very well.

OMG part of thispage has a f'in TROLL.

You at least got three words correct.

Just because you are not experiencing a problem does not mean the problem does not exist. Your pets are fine? Great!!(you are either not telling the truth trying to put some BS spin on the whole thing, or you are lucky enough to not have the problem)Mine and allot of others are NOT. Some of mine run(they do the back up to get to a certian melee range then turn to fight. When the thing I am fighting moves forward, my pet repeats. This turns into an endless motion of my pet backing up and turning, backing up and turning. Basically, it translates into my pet runs always and does not fight).

Now, you are complaing about people "whining" by coming into this thread and running your trap like some 12 year old jagoff. Since I highly doubt that these problems are bogus and part some highly organized conspiracy, that the complaints are valid.

Now if I have to choose as to whats most likely true, and what is a lie from some "f'in" troll...

1. (I see many posts with extensive information validating and corroborating each other)

2. (I see few posts like yours that offer the proof of something like "stop whining, shut up, crybaby, mine are fine)

I will take 1. Sorry jerk, but your "all pets are absolutely fine because I say mine are" is a pile of dog dirt.

Shut your pie hole and think next time before you spew garbage like that.

Centurion, Taming uses Synth Cloth, so you can fit it into your outfit pretty well.

My current set-up is a flex-form shirt for 1 taming, crafter's pants for 1 taming and 1 maskscent, and a spec-ops duster for 1 maskscent and 1 injury. That leaves a head piece for 2 more tissues and a bandolieer for 1 fiber panel.

A CH friend and I have had the same problem with our pets running. We both have brawler and when we /Taunt the creatures when they start to run they stop in thier tracks. I guess the ol', "What, are you Chicken?!" really gets the monsters attention. This wont help everyone out there but it will save some of you from the frustration.

Can you still CALL a pet that needs the taming mods to tame them?

Once fully grown, i dont think you can even call them anymore.

Man, I paid over 150k each for three items that were +25 taming (all had that attribute plus healing speed, or mask scent, etc). This was on Gorath- south of Coronet for whoever was asking earlier. This was when I was selling milk for 10k a unit though.

Of course, at the time I had more money than brains and didn't initially realize the taming didn't stack. But it did make taming my way up the creature handler tree a whole lot easier.

If I didn't already have some (and you had it in Big And Tall Wookie Sizes) I'd be getting me someofyourthreads. Even now, as a wookie master CH, I still like having it.

No, I disagree.

The main reason why taming tissue moves so slow is not my price... My price for my mods on Bria are right on par with other BE mods...

  • First remember that a lot of CH dont even bother taming wild pets anymore as BE pets are so much better.

  • Second, most CH would rather have two BE CL35 armored pets with 10k ham and 60 kinetic res rather then one cl70 pet with12k ham pet with 60 kinetic res...

  • Third, to my understanding, a non-wookie without taming clothes can call a CL70 pet as long as it is not in a aggro skin.

  • Lastly, for the longest while active tran mods cost upwards of 2 million for a pair of +25 slacks on Bria... Most CH wrote the mods off due to such a high price.

However, to a CH who does tame wild animals active tran mods help a lot with reducing the failed attempts/aggros when attempting to tame aggro creatures. For a non-wookie who wants to call an agressive CL60+ pet it is a MUST have. It is also a must have for non-wookies who are going after"rares" as some are not tamable without and others tend to cause many failures and aggros.

I agree 100% with everything Barb-Wire said and she hit the nail right on the head in reguard to this topic when she said:

so if a BE charges far more than what the tissues are worth they are probably doing it because they do not want to be turned into a warehouse wholesaler and a slave to the masses.

I've said my piece on the subject and I'll leave it at that

Taming does indeed stack. I had a person comment on this by saying they were able to call CL70 pets with 2 +5 mods stacked in some stripped slacks... If only one stacked they would not be able to call that CL70 creature.

The way I understand it, a passive tissue and active tissue will stack, but two active tissues won't stack.

Free economy is the ultimate in democracy, where patrons vote with their wallets. Evidently your prices aren't working if your complaining about people not buying.

You can fuss about BE pets and yadda yadda yadda all day long, but the bottom line is people aren't buying and if you want to sell you'll have to give customers a reason to buy.
