Yes they are everywhere, but I found the most concentration in and around The Sarlaac. I was able to tame a Bull Bantha, Bantha and a Dewback all with in a 100 meter or so radius of each other and Sarlaac. You can find the Sarlaac in your POI tab.

yeah i found tons of banthas by the sarlac pit also i found alot by jabas palace u should get a voritor tho there realy good and they have a poisen attack

I find lotsa banthas in the dunes east of wayfar, north of the lowland basin

Hilltop Kimas are good for 1/1/1/2. They have a nice 8k ham.

I think these might still be kinda rare to find.. but i found one a few weeks ago a couple klicks north of jabba's palace.

I was wondering where can I find a wasteland cu pa I would really like to upgrade my cu pa. I know they are on Tatooine but thats it. Any help is very much appreciated.
on KAURI server i found one yesterday... was about 1500m N of Mos Entha in the hills... i had to take out all the adults around the lair and hit it once.... out popped a baby, and i took a screen shot... 4500 HAM when grown... nice pet, and if it was mountable i would have tamed it, but i didn't...

How rare are these? I have one that is fully grown up to level 17 and is just downright huge for a cu pa.

These aren't really that rare, but I think they're alot better to have than a normal cu pa. I have one that I use as a mount and he towers over his normal cu pa counterparts. However, I was able to find these guys pretty easy around the Mos Espa track starting point (found 2 babies inside of 20 minutes).

i think most people consider them the start of the rare list ... i have tamed about 8 and given them away (i use a giant carrion spat as my mount) ...

Yes, this is a nice mount but you should go tame a Savage Humbaba if you want an impressive mount.

I don' tknow, a male brackaset (or armored camel) is pretty impressive too.

Not really rare, just uncommon, as there are no mission spawns, you have to explore away from the cities to find them.
Common wasteland cu pa grounds are along the Mos Espa circuit, and the area around Ben Kenobi's hut.
They are much more impressive as mounts than regular cu pas.
And yeah, the savage humbaba ROCKS as a mount...tallest mount in the game, CL 24 vicious beasties!
