Thread: Fleet Footed on mounts?
Well, your results cheered me up even more than I thought. The broken speeds greatly change the way I play. It's awkward to strike off across the landscape, riding a mount with two pets in tow. Thanks.

Interestingly, it's not a problem to strike off across the landscape with two pets in tow, if the two pets are also mount critters.
Then they can keep up.
But gurrecks? Rep fliers? As slow as a rancor, in the post CU nerfed pet speed environment.

Unfortunately, that wasn'tthe case. If the mount critter has no rider, its speed was measured to be the same as the "broken" speed. I will, however, retest this situation when Iperform the tests again.

Very simple test.
Call out two mounts.
Jump on one and ride away
The second keeps up with you. I've tested this with a dewback and a savage humbaba.
Well whatever the case, I aint trianing my pets with this ability until we find out if it's bugged and if bugged then until it is fixed.
Thanks for the tests.

I'd REALLY like to train this to my CL10 Varactyl, but only when the pet speed issue is fixed. Perhaps Fleet Footed (L1) isn't enough of an upgrade to notice any change? There anybody here with a mount that has Fleet Footed (L2) or (L3)?
I ran into so many Motley Kaduus I was tempted to test this my self by getting a second pet with out the ability to follow me while mounted.......... But Datapad space is limited currently
I had a 2 fewts out at the same time. One was flee footed flewt and one wasn't.
The fleet footed one was most certainly and without question much faster than the other one when I sent them to attack.
Just testing the in combat speeds, senta fleet footed L1dire cat and an untrained gurreck into combat from 80m, they both ran at the same speed and both hit the target at the same time.
Were the 2 flewts freshly called from the datapad? If you'd been using them for a while one of them may have been hit by the pathing bug, (the one when it looks like they are trying to walk sideways and they move really slowly, usually happens after combat).
Failing that it's possible it works with some creature types and not with others.
