Off topic or not, I'll /sign this one.

I have a Bandolier with 4 sockets open. I also have a skill enhancing attachment. I've tried dragging and dropping it on the bandolier. How can I get it to go on the bandolier? Also is it possible to make sockets on my bounty hunter pack or my armor, so that i dont have to take off my back pack to use the skill enhancing attachment?

You are probably using a non-ribbon attachment. Make sure your attachment looks like a ribbon then drag and drop it on.

Yes, you can make socketed packs, but I'm pretty sure that there is currently a bug that prevents you from putting them in the sockets on a backpack (since dragging and dropping actually places the attachment inside the pack).

The attachment looks like an octagon with 2 horizontal bars/lines on the back. How can i get tis type to work?

That type is for armor.. not clothing... and I don't think they are working right now as I have yet to see a piece of armor that had sockets

The mega-patch comming tomorrow or wednesday is supposed to bring drops that can be used in making armor. Perhaps you have one of these items, but using them in making armor doesn't work yet. Save it for a few days and perhaps a friendly armorsmith can puzzle a way to put it into armor.

Ok I know that they drop off random NPCs. Any other way of getting some?

Also, how do you attach them to clothes? Do you need a tailor for that, and once attached can they be removed?

Sorry for the silly questions but I sincerely have no clue and as I keep getting tells I need to know what to reply.

I buy mine from the bazaar. There is always a lot for sale. You may have to travel to get the one you actually want if it's tailor/armor related.

You drag and drop the item onto a socketed piece of clothing. BUT...don't do this while wearing the item. Last I heard it was buggy. AND...make sure you remove the clothing before camping...also buggy if you camp wearing it.

It can not be removed once placed on a piece of clothing.

Are these working correctly yet? Or do you still have to remove before logging out?

What I have heard is if you drag and drop it on the item while wearing it or logout while wearing it...when you take it off or log back in your stats will be minus the bonus instead of plus. Not a good thing. =/

I have heard alot of talk about attachments that boost your CH skillss, but have yet to see any. Do these actually exist? If so, who makes them/drops them?

Yeah I've seen them for sale on Rediant. BEs need a stack of milk, 15 I believe to make tissue that can then be inserted into clothes. Someone told me that "thugs" drop milk. I'm not sure what he meant but I get the idea that not a lot of people want that sort of imformation getting out. I seen a shirt and pair of pants on auction going for over 300K. Each item would boost your taming ability by 15 points. This would make it easier for you to tame a high level creature. I'm not sure if this would help you out after the patch though.
