I copied this from another post I made. It's been 13 days since the issue began, and it's been 6 days since I filed a ticket when CSR-RaulL told me he would forward it to his supervisor. Guess what? He didn't.
CSR-BorisS is useless by the way. Theman is damn near asleep in general chat. Please remove him from the room and get someone else in there. Additionally, can anyone direct me to a page where I can file a complaint against Customer Service?
WOW 13 days I think in 13 days i could have found a friend that did have Ace Imperial Pilot to trade the ships to and have them take the parts out and deed the ship for me.

I tried trading the ships out of my datapad to a Rebel Ace Pilot and it wouldn't allow me to trade them.

Yep. A ship that you're not certified for is quite literally untouchable. You can't even view what parts are in it.

True, but most deserved to be fired. If you're a CSR and you don't help people efficiently, then why are you drawing a paycheck? I'd rather be in this predicament than get a ton of responses from CSRs who think Jedi visibility has to do with the latest video driver. (That's a real example.)

True but they would also need to add in something that will block the re-deeding if there isn't enough inventory room.
Still, this wouldn't help either of us right now because we can't even access the ships period. They just sit there floating in our Datapads taking up space.

I guess I will retry filing a ticket if its not fixed when I get home from work.
Piloting the 2nd time is much faster due to the X2 xp bonus. Rather than wait 2 weeks, just regrind it you get some sweet new rewards this way too
If not for the layoffs of CSR's, this probably wouldnt be a problem.

Now if the debuggercoders would get the same treatment so we'd get skilled replacements. What are the odds on that?

This happened to me too a while back. I filed a CSR ticket, and got a response in about 20 minutes. The CSR removed the items from the ship and placed them in my inventory. I was able to deed the ship, and all was good.
