How does one "accidentally" drop Imperial Pilot? Not a flame, just a question.

I accidentally dropped Imperial Pilot and now I can't manage my Decimator, Jedi Starfighter, or TIE Advanced because I'm not certified for them. In addition the value of the deeds, I have at least 10 million creditsin prenerf irreplaceable parts on them, so deletion is not an option. Since this "feature" is not listed in the holocron of FAQ, can I please get some ingame help so that I can get my parts and redeed my ships? It's been a week already and nobody is helping me.
This would be so easy to handle; I swear. Someone just needs to pop online and meet up with me, then give me Imperial Ace skills so I can do this. If I'm not allowed to keep Imperial Ace since I accidentally dropped it, then I will drop it right in front of the CSR. I just...need....those....parts...
I copied this from another post I made. It's been 13 days since the issue began, and it's been 6 days since I filed a ticket when CSR-RaulL told me he would forward it to his supervisor. Guess what? He didn't.
CSR-BorisS is useless by the way. Theman is damn near asleep in general chat. Please remove him from the room and get someone else in there. Additionally, can anyone direct me to a page where I can file a complaint against Customer Service?

True, but most deserved to be fired. If you're a CSR and you don't help people efficiently, then why are you drawing a paycheck? I'd rather be in this predicament than get a ton of responses from CSRs who think Jedi visibility has to do with the latest video driver. (That's a real example.)

This is the best option for filing a complaint.

I was assured by several people that I could drop Imperial Army status and maintain Imperial Pilot. You'll remember that it used to be this way. They defaulted all neutrally ground-aligned pilots to their respective pilot factions at one point but never said that you couldn't be one without the other. I wanted to get the blue/white clone armor.
The advice I had received was not true. I dropped Imperial Army status and was shocked to see all of my pilot skills and xpgo out the window as well, since I had done this before with no such recourse. 
Since the holocron and FAQ do not notify you that you can't manage a ship if you're no longer certified for it, I felt that I was entitled to ingame help. Even if I can't keep the pilot skills due to my screw up, that's fine. I just need the parts. I was assured by CSR-RaulL that I could receive ingame help.

This happened to me as well.
I was a Rebel Ace and dropped my Rebel Ground Faction. It immediatly dropped all my pilot skills. Now, I can't even access my 2 Rebel ships in my datapad or on the starship terminal to remove there componets and re-deed the ships. Both ships (a B-wing and a Nova Courier) are loaded with high end componets that cost me a fortune. I am just glad I emptied my Courier a week before this happened or I would have been out more creds than I can fathom (had ALOT of expensive stuff on that thing).I refuse to delete them and throw 5 to 10 million credits away like that.
Tiggs, please, if there is anyway you could fix this I will be forever grateful (I sent you a PM as well with my info).

EDIT: Sorry forgot to add, this happened to me nearly 2 months ago. I filed a ticket then but never got a response. Pretty sure it got deleted because it's not in my ticket list as open and I never got a response.

WOW 13 days I think in 13 days i could have found a friend that did have Ace Imperial Pilot to trade the ships to and have them take the parts out and deed the ship for me.
