i had the same problem, i droped a skill and couldnt get to my ship. he redeeded it and gave it to me with all the parts. this was just yesterday so hang on to hope!

AH! Ok, now it makes sense. Thanks.. I was just curious how that could have happened.

They should just hire some csr's from the playerbase....at least the person whould have a clue what MO stood for...

Issue resolved. Big props to CSR-JoeW for a quick and responsive assist.
Btw, I feel like a dolt after finding out that I had been filing tickets incorrectly. Turns out the CSRs don't see /bug reports...
