i think ubese armor should only be able to be worn by alderaanian princesses in disguise. also, tantel armor should only be wearable by tall men with thin moustaches who drink colt 45.

Question?

Players are getting the dropped Bounty Hunter armor sliced even before the Death watch bunker goes live.

Will they be able to convert sliced Bounty hunter armor to Mandalorian?

And if so, shouldn't there be some type of check, that is safeguard preventing double slicing?

Because you know that's exactly what most players would do if they could.

They would preslice the bh armor then again after conversion.

I bet smugglers would like to know the answer to that too... After all their account would be the one that got banned, not the player wearing the double sliced Mandalorian armor.

Then they would have to add "alderaanian princesses in disguise"to the skill tree and "colt 45" as a drink. Otherwise nobody would be able to wear Ubese orTantel armor.

Whats wrong Billy D Skywalker why aren't you wearing your armor? Oh man my Colt 45 buff wore off.

(1) De-10 will be for pistoleer only I think it will be for 34 or master pistoleer they will probably do the certs later. I try to find a picture that says its only for master pistoleer but I guess we will have to wait and find out.

(2) Mandolorian armor is not super great armor. Its made for its average good strength and flexiblilty. Hence that is why you only see Boba and Jango Fett using them in the movie cause they rode jetpacks. Other bh's wore other armor that fit them. It will have 100 acid that i have seen but its not good with kinetic only like 30% or something like that check out Alalkazaam or even some pictures from these forums.

(3) And the bh armor gets turned into Mandolorian armor at the end of the quest. (death watch) I dunno how but Ive heard you give it to a droid or somethng I dunno. And I also hear that you need a tailor, a armorsmith, and a (smuggler I think) in order to turn it.

oh well cant wait to do it.

personaly i feel they should add duel wielding pistols to both pistoleer and bounty hunter

first of all since bounty hunter isnt exactly what you can call the strongest profesion there is however it does require the most skill points

they should get somethign extra that gives them an edge over the other players duel wielding could be just that

maybe some other new ability's

personaly i like the idea of bounty hunters being the only ones who are able to use jetpacks

i have a feeling that the new weapons that are comming with the death watch bunker are the westar-34 pistols and i certanly do hope they are

on mandolorian armor i realy cant wait till i get myself a set (no matter what the costs)

mandolorian armor should have killer stats even better than the most powerfull composite but it should also decay alot slower than the other armors that are already out since first of all it requires your life savings to probably jsut get an armor smith to make it for you

and it should last a life time you dont see jango or boba fett trading in theirs for a new set or throwing their old one away because it ahs decayed into nothing ness

Who said the DE-10 was going to be a Pistoleer weapon? No one has the cert yet.
Considering the look of the weapon (a colt six shooter) and the Bounty Hunter's new Pistols tree skill title (Desperado), I wouldn't be surprised to see this weapon given to them.

Glad to be a pistoleer with BH pistols.

The DE-10 is a pistoleer weapon. Only a master Pistoleer can use it. There are at least 4 on the sunrunner server right now, including one that is a max 498dmg.

I am myself a huge Jango Fett fan. Not sure why "maybe it is for the reason I mentioned earlier" that he has a gun slinger feel and I like old westerns. As much as I'm a fan boy of Jango Fett I don't want Mandolorian armor any more then I want to be a Jedi that on a scale of 1 to 10 is -10.

With the new Jedi system and now Mandolorian armor Everyone will be trying to get Mando Armor and trying to be a Jedi. 90% of the people it seems are try to be a Jedi now as it is. As other people have stated when I start seeing Mandolorian Armor wearing jedis I'm out of the game. I'm trying to make myself wait tell the space expansion as it is.

The devs say they care so much about emersion. Won't drop the Star port time, because it takes away from Emersion lol. I think Jedi when there aren't suppose to be a Jedi and Mando armor when there isn't suppose to be Mando armor available. These things take away from emersion as well as countless other things.

There is already 1 jedi with a full set of BH armor just waiting to see him post pictures in Mando armor after the DW bunker goes live.

First of all, the jedi might be able to wear the armor when the bunker goes live... but after publish 10, jedi wont be able to wear any armor... upon completion of the jedi trials, they will be given a "jedi robe" which has resists and special defences, but without the toughness of armor. Only jedi will be able to wear this robe, and no armor will be equipable for them untill the point when they give up their jedi skills.... for more information, please read the "jedi archives 2" (or the publish 9 + 10 overview, which is on the front page now.)

We... ROM of the Corbantis server think this new publish with the Deathwatch is a great idea about Mercenaries appearing in SWG.

Remnants Of Mandalore was founded very early on in the game and still remains one of the few olderguilds still left on Corbantis.All our membershave been ingame roleplaying as Mandalorian's who have been scattered throughout the galaxy and finally re-uniting to bring back our heritage and live as we once did...as a great and powerfull military guild.

We now number at 157 members and are constantly growing in numbers.We have all three factions in ROM due to the mechanics of the game not allowing anyone to play as a mercenary i.e. no Mercenary Faction.So we compensated by thus having all three factions to cover any possable contingincies with any contracts.

Our main concerns:

1- About this Deathwatch Bunker idea is of our reputation in SWG.We have been in SWG and very well established with our story plot and Mercenary way of lifelong before this.As any new players come into SWG or veteran players from other servers will not know that we were here first with this idea,and may conclude that we copied the Deathwatch idea from you.Which is not the case.

2- Are you going to be brining into SWG a "Mercenary" Faction for PC's?

3- Will you...SWG give us ROM any sort of credit or acknowledgment for roleplaying this idea ingame long before this new publish?
