Thread: Death Watch Bunker
I doubt you're going to see tons and tons of people flying around in jetpacks in Mando armor. I think the devs have enough sense not to let that happen.
Suggestions (somewhat obvious):
1) Making it instanced is a must. Camped dungeons aren't much fun.
2) It doesn't have to be ridiculously difficult to obtain the armor and jetpack. They should be items that all people have a chance at obtaining. The obvious solution would be to make their lifespans or uses limited, so that people don't go flying around in their jetpacks and Mando armor everywhere, but rather, save it for special occasions.
I think its awesome that the devs are finally adding something like jetpacks. One of my only major complaints about this game is the 2-dimensionality of it (which the space expansion will eliminate a lot of). It'll be pretty sweet to have those 5th and 6th degrees of freedom available in movement.

Yes they are. I even went there to take some pot shots at them.
Is it a bug if content has been added to the game that isn't supposed to be in game yet or is it just a really big blunder by the Devs? After finding out about this it adds some clarity to why there are so many unfixed bugs and so much unbalanced game play. I wouldn't think they would purposely leave this content in the new Publish the way it is? If something like this slipped through with the new publish I wonder how many bugs did too? I would think that any loot looted will have bugs. The game is kind of like being on a seeking ship and every new patch adds extra holes to the hull.
I really wish the new content would stop and they would just work on bugs. Not having crap disappear out of my pack for a week or trying to sale something on the bazaar just to have it pop back into the available items again less then a minute after putting it up with an E-mail saying "The sale has been concluded unsuccessfully."Fixing the bugs will keep me paying the monthly fee.Adding new content with new bugs just pushes me furtherout the door ofmy still new account. I'm still running into bugs I ran into in beta. Eww but guess what we have droids that do sparkles, confetti, and make soap suds WOO HOOOO ! ! !
Between the Bugs and Me this game isn't big enough for the both of us.
THE MANDALORIANS WERE NOT BOUNTY HUNTERS. Get that through your thick f***ing skulls. The Mandalorian Armor should NOT be locked to the BH class only. There for mandatory class restrictions on Mandalorian Armor being BH is f***ing pointless and goes entirely against Star Wars. DO YOU READ THIS CONCLUSION MORONS. I hope so...now **edit** and let the devs try to get something right rather than listening to your whining on and on about an issue that’s entirely and obviously out of your ability to grasp.
i like this guy.... hes very smart about this game... all so true..and i think they are working on that bro...

IMVHO, there is no need for even more armour. What needs to be done first is to have all old armour types looked at and completely reworked.
Armour "Shoulds-not's":
- Should not protect against 90% of all DMG-types.
- Should not have resists in the 70, 80, 90s.
- Should not "do nothing" to players.
Armour "Shoulds":
- Should protect against (2) types of DMG. 1 "primary" and 1 "secondary".
- Should have resists limited to 60% of base DMG.
- Should affect abilities. (i.e. Dodging, Speed, Agility, etc.)
And to top it all off: Factional armour should be the absolute best armour in this game. Armour is largely a PVP need, and should be designed as thus.
C'mon Devs: Help us out here. All you're going to do is change the servers from 90% of the population running around in Composite armour, into 90% of the population wearing Mandalorian armour...and the other 10% will still be wearing Composite. Do not add more armour to a system that for all intents and purposes is broken. Fix the armour we have first before you add yet more broken spokes to the wheel...
FYI: the mando's arnt BH's so it shouldnt be BH armor they are just an incredibly strong band of warriors.
All hail the Razor knuckles!!!

I hope they change the DE10 pistol into something useful before release. Pistoleers already have two AP1 Energy pistols, theresno need for a third - it's a big waste of the effort made in creating such a distinctive looking weapon. This pistol looks like a cannon! It should perform like one. I'd like to see it with AP2, Kinetic, high damage.. and make it go 'boom'.
Who said the DE-10 was going to be a Pistoleer weapon? No one has the cert yet.
Considering the look of the weapon (a colt six shooter) and the Bounty Hunter's new Pistols tree skill title (Desperado), I wouldn't be surprised to see this weapon given to them.
/grin
Glad to be a pistoleer with BH pistols.
Well I haven't seen new pistol, but if it looks like a six shooter then they may have got the idea from Jango Fett. His pistols "westar-34" sounds like a western and Jango had a definite gun slinger feel to him. More then anything else he reminds me of a character from a old western.
I do think they should add a dual pistol ability to the pistoler tree. A lot of MMORPGs have dual weapon welds and SWG doesn't. The same goes for swords, daggers, and small axes whatever. If the weapon is to big make it unusable dual style. Then decrees the overall accuracy, because using a weapon in both hands is difficult and requires alot of skill todo right. That would make up for double the firepower and rate of fire.
