Too true, but at least we'll have some info. I would ratherbe informedand have discussions/debates/complaints about it than to not know anything, I was getting tired of guessing.

I am in a sincere state of depression. I typed Siffel and Olie into google and could find NOTHING. Even with multiple tries at spelling it. Where is info on this show? I LOVED that show. It's gone the way of Crystal Clear Pepsi. It's a sad day in the world of sock puppets.

I'm actually very optimistic...The only thing they have left to do to us is hurt the Flame Thrower more...and all that does is lend more fuel to our fire for a total revamp...so, unless they are considering NERF'ing the FT more, it can only contain good news...


To be brutally honest...there isn't much farther down you can go when you've just about hit rock bottom...we could sink lower, but at this point in our status, would it really make that much difference? The key is if we go down, we have more reasons for a Revamp...

TH...you would THINK you would have learned your lesson about blowing this damn combat balance revamp out of proporsion...seeing as you have done it before promising the damn heaven and stars in it only to see it delayed to the point that we will be playing a broken out of balance game for over two years before we see it.

Heavy weapons specialist.....


Against what?


No vehicles to blow up..(When was the last time you saw a AT-ST..and had time to shoot it before melee or rifle killed it?...actually when did you see a AT-ST in combat last?....Or a rebel vehicle?)


No buildings to blow up (Well, there are turrets..but before I've gotten 2 shots off with the launcher..the hammerwielding dewd killed my turret and another..without so much as a dent in his armor...)


Against what?


Players?

You know, all our mainstay weapons, can't even dent a armored player...And our consumables are so expensive and unreliable, that using them would be suicide...Actually..we could just tell the oposite player to kill us, then tip him 1000-10000 credits...instead of trying to use consumables...



Heavy weapon specialist?


Sounds like we should deal damage then..But we're on the bottom of the damage list..Even with our socalled "frontloaded damage"...as a master rifle..I can dish out that frontloaded damage in 2 seconds..Too bad my 3.5 spd flamer, uses 7 seconds to fire his next "frontloaded damage"...



TH, I hate sounding pessimistic, but..we're 169 SP gimps...Master commando seem more rare than Jedi these days..And lately....I've seen more Master Squad Leaders than Master commandos....*sigh* A few commandos I spoke with, were only commandos because their PA needed someone to help with terminals...


We need a revamp..We need to get our role in this universe cemented, then built into fitting this role....And for 169SP?..I expect to be darn good compared to the regular rifleman/Carbineer/Pistoleer/TKA/Fencer/Pikeman/Swordsman...Even better than BH, now that we're the only profession with 169 SP pure combat skills.
