Thread: New Titles
Late comer to the forum - just made commando on ahazi last night. How about combat engineerand bunker buster for the flame and acid lines? Anti-Armor or Heavy Munitions Specialist for the special heavies? I would suggest indirect fire specialist if we hadmortors - lol. I think Grenadier is appropos for its line.
I like the ones that won the poll as well - just adding some spice.
I love the smell of plasma in the morning. It smells like.. victory.
Aesai VoivaiAlliance Novice Commando and Rifleman on Ahazi
I liked pyrotechnic though
Heavy Weapons Support -Munitions Specialist
(this is a specilization using these weapons)
Uhh.. but aren't munitions thrown weapons? That's why you need the "munitions crafting" tree in weaponsmith to construct 'nades and mines.
i think expert commando should be in there, but i am still happy.

grenadiers is a complex word ![]()
in the past, they were the trained elite riflemen
now grenadiers are ones who are specially trained to throw 'nades (ex: look in Kotor, theres a Sith Grenadier that throws gernades!)
and with the titles..
Grenadier i agree, demolitions expert? PFFT - demonlitions are usually the ones with demos, or C4's (or just mines) a rocket launcher demolishes but is NOT considered a demonlition type weapon (nor do ANY of the beam weapons)
Incen Spec..maybe..with specialist, its sorta weak
Corresive Spec...no, mainly because its A) weak, and B) metal corrodes...not flesh
personally, the hvy weaps spec and the acid rifle spec titles do NOT fit to a certain degree, and i hope the devs agree - of course, my opinion
However, there is absolutely no way of knowing if they're even going to put these titles in at all - mainly since (the combat dev) announced that commando's skills will be recatagorized..meaning most likely 3 branches will become 2

sweet, now Grenadier will actually relate to grenades
Um... except that Grenadiers ARE Flamethrower specialists IRL. It's not an english term relating to grenades. In fact, I think it's a french term.
Well, ok... it's apparently both. I know that french grenadiers in WW1 were flamethrower specialists. Who came up with it first, and what is it really? Who cares? Let's just throw the term out and come up with a new list. Here's what I vote for...
Field Tactics: Tactitian or Explosive Ordinance Expert
Heavy Support Weapons: AdvancedMunitions Expert
Flamethrower: Incendiary Expert
Heavy Acid Rifle: Non-lethal Munitions Expert (hehe)
