I think Warmaster is out of place in Politican too
Especially with the complete lack of teeth that exists in the Militia right now.

The fun of having titles is roleplay value that may be completely irrelevant to the skills under it.
Recruiter sounds like a lot of fun, and should make the hiring tree a real value for people trying to get people to join their PA or City. Not that the skills are relevant.
Entreprenuer sounds good for someone trying to build business relationships, the skills are even relevant, though real-world Entreprenuers aren't famous for efficiency.
But Propogandist has always been my favorite.
