Geeze, I'm not sure how this flew under the radar, but starship conversion is really screwed up. My once, perfectly-balanced X-Wing is now a worthless scrap-heap since I can'teven load my two adv blasters back in it (somehow, the rest of the mass ended up jumping so that adding the second one overloads it; it's fine on live.)
Not to mention that I actually had to scavenge the second blaster off my A-Wing, since the conversion ate the second one on my X-Wing (first got shoved in the cargo hold slot for some reason). There's some serious space bugs that are either part of ROTW or the CU that need to be worked out in regards to space before anything goes live.
Don't think I've encountered anything in-game yet that infuriated me as much as this.
lol Great... I thought some of my parts looked odd in my inventory, but didn't pay much attention to it. Too bad bloodfin is already down for me to check on that toon, maybe shadowfire will have a shot.

Well, the system has way too much flaw too allow more than one time respec.
(Jedi for example with 400K xp in bank could gain 160 SP worth to be respec just by learning novice over and over again, a new toon could go master marksman, master medic, master scout by just taking the novice prof and respecting the 15SP lol...)
Sorry folks

StarNick, a question for you...
Im sure I read this earlier in the post; that you could use Elite points to obtain Novice boxes
So
Having maxed out Skill points in three Elite Professions: Master Fencer Master Smuggler, 2-2-4-4 Pistoleer hypothetically under the current system, would I be able to use the Pistoleer Box for Novice scout, and use those Skill points for Explore IV?
or
Should I drop those lines and pick up the novice box of Scout?

Yes you can grab novice boxes with elite skill points. Basically it splits your sp into a couple different categories to include Jedi, Elite, and Standard (Why the hellthere is no Hybrid to fix our problem, I have no idea and yes I am pissed there is no response). You have an option to revoke all skills or you can drop them one by one. As you surrender these skills your total at the bottom increases to the respective category in sp. I.E. I drop explore IV I get 5 novice sp, I drop Flame IV I get 2 elite sp. You spend your elite sp as you select elite skills, you spend your standard sp as you select novice skills. If for example you spend all of your elite sp first on elite skills, it will begin to to deduct from your standard skills for more elite skills at a value of .5 elite. Flame IV would cost you 4 standard sp. I can't remeber if it works in reverse, but it would make sense that it does in the way that Hybrid sp would be weighted heavier than Elite sp... if you catch my drift. In any case though, you will be able to respec those elite in to standard sp (read:novice) required boxes. Whether it is one for one or .5 elite for 1 standard I can't remeber. Hope that helps. Where the hell is the Dev feedback on this issue Stern? Or are they gonna wait until the day before the revamp so we can't grind and will be their test subjects for the live fixes that are inevitable?
