There isn't much busywork, really. It's mostly compiling endless lists of one sort or another, focusing the community towards certain discussions, etc.
The headaches come in the form of feeling as if your railing against a brick wall and everything you say/send is being lost into a black hole with no response forthcoming... which happens on occasion(more often then I'd prefer, really).
But right now, the job doesn't entail much. Once the CU kicks into gear there may be a lot you'll have to do such as directing your team and their testing, gathering feedback, etc.
It's not a hard job, but there can be some pressure and stress at times. Speaking for a wholecommunity does weigh on you after a while... but in the end, it really is worth it

Nah... I always flamed back. Fight fire with fire and all that...
not that anyone who gets the job next should be doing that by any means, just the way I dealt with the idiots. Besides, not as many of the little nerfherders are around anymore...

Dunno, buddy. Almost all the flaming tards have finally left us alone, and the rabid PvP "I pwn j00 all!' CMs seem to have dissappeared as well.
But I STILL think you're too nice
