Just wanted to say that if you don't get selected, don't think that it says something negative about you. The fact you even stepped up and applied says a lot for each of you. If you don't get selected, it's not because you can't handle the job or aren't ready for it, it's most likely just that the other person was just a little bit more ready, or a bit more vocal, or a bit more in tune with the community. It's a tough call that Tiggs has to make.


Ifyou don't get chosen,please don't take it badly. Support whoever does get selected and try again the next time a spot opens up
