Thread: Spider Venom will either be really good for you guys or end up being really bad.
Thanks Pappi ![]()
Alright folks, go out there and get 'em. Let's see how strong this stuff really is...
And don't forget to grab the rebreather item, which is supposed to provide some form of immunity to poison or disease(or both)

Heh, with damages like that there's no possible way CM isn't about to get hit with a 75% PvP reduction.

At a rather large raid last not I watched in horror as a group of people got hit with a 1100 mind disease from a combat medic, you guys don't need to be hit with a nerf bat, but a metal bat with somespikes on it would be about fair.
It was actually about 1230 a tick, as I saw it tick onsomeones pet thatgot hit as well as the people, but it can't do more damage than a players mind can be. And yes that is disease, not poison. I really hope it was someone that either got some really rare loot or was expoiting because if this becomes the norm, I can see the end of PvP for this game.
1100 area disease, I have yet to see that. Are you certain it's not poison? Perhaps you should take a screen shot next time.

You guys are getting poisons that are 300? the highest I've seen after we looted the spider like 6 times was 230I want 1k ticks! lol im just about under 800 right now :/
ONLY. Jeez. Cant wait for the nerf bat on this one.

You will NOT tick for 1k on a disease UNLESS you have over 100 BF.
Dont believe me? Test it out. Disease CREATES BF, so the first tick may not be that bad, the second tick will lay you out.
That is correct, having Battle Fatique will subsquencely increase the tick on the disease. However, according to the poster's message above, the pet also received a higher than abnormal tick on disease, I have not tested disease on Pets and therefore can not comment on the Pet and its Battle Fatique.
With that said, do take into consideration that disease will only tick until +1 so for instance, if you have 1100 mind and you get hit with a powerful disease for 1099, and it drop your mind pool to 1, then you take moun, brandy, and crepe to boost your mind, the disease will not tick again, ever.
So it is quite possible for people to run around with a lot of mind wound and yet not incap even with both poison and disease. Try it out, you'll see what I'm referring to.
