Yeah, kinda sucky but in a way holds merit(i guess). Since both Docs and CMs only way of gaining experience now is in combat healing, doctors(cause thats a prerequsite)are just as much intended to go into the fields as Combat Medics. Both can rez, both can heal, 1 can buff, 1 can debuff.. but both are now intended for field work.

I don't even care if they make some distinction between the two professions in some way (drag range, or timer or whatever) just give us the ability!

doubt it will happen as it would put less interest in people takeing doctor... which would cause more whinners... although i'll probably always keep my current doctor skills

yes PLEASE do this. i dont have room in my template to pick up any more medic(tkm/mcm/4000 commando). and dragging people is a MUST for rezzing... because rezzing in the middle of the fighting is both foolish, difficult.

I agree.

It is very hard to use the CM version of rez when you cant move someones body from in front of that turret or those jedi.

Also on a historical note, a master medic got a 19m drag range, a doctor of a certain level got a 30m drag range, and a combat medic had a 19m drag range from having master medic and no further benifit. One thing I really don't miss about pre-CU CM is having master medic and only using drag and bleed heal without getting any helpful mods to CM healing.
