What you need to do is buy a crate of Micronutrient Supplements from a Bio Engineer.
Then you can make the light additives by combining the micronutrient supplement with water. I think you get that schematic at novice chef. It should show up at the top of your list as a component.

the main Light Bio Food Componant you need is a Micronutrient Suppliment, and BE's make them.
After you find these, be sure to turn them into Light Bio Food Componant by combining them with water in a factory.

OK thanks. Well I'm thinking that seen as alot of Artisan foods sell well, although I haven't made any myself yet, is there a point to being Master Chef? Might aswell just go Novice Chef instead.

There are alot Chef foods that when made with certain additives and good resources that can easily out perform the artisan stuff. The only problem is getting to that stage is something very few chefs can do, especially newer and inexperienced chefs.
If you're going to be focusing on Artisan foods there is no benefit to having chef, other than the light bio adds schem. So if you're not making the chef foods (by doing so you will be missing out on some good selling foods) then that will be all you need.

You will need to get a factory to make crates of additives. Unless you find a MBE who is in partnership with a Chef and they can make the stuff for you. Making them all one at a time would just take you for ever, not recommended at all.

You get the schematic from artisan (Domestic Arts IV). It's called Light Food Additive
