Thread: Att Higginsis : Regen food is still BORKED

If you read the data in the clicky in the first couple of posts and combine that with Aye's data in this thread, it is clear that action regeneration buffs work but not as much as you might expect from the in-game numbers (+20% etc.). Nonetheless, I find that in terms of practical usage, that the regen buff effects are sufficient to allow me to spam specials all day without losing my action bar when I use a SAC puped gun.

You know doing these tests are near imposible to prove what is accurate and what isn't. But i can tell you without a doubt its working for me. PvP with and without regen foods really makes the diffrence. Reason i can tell is i don't use spices unless needed nor do i use boh/mando unless needed i run mainly on kanali wafers spiced tea and blob. Think maybe you should just do some regular pve/pvp without anything and then try with the normal regen foods.

i don't even know what this thread is meant to be complaining about anymore. pick a topic and run with it;are you mad that artisan foods are too good, that spices are too good or that regens don't work?

the fact of the matter is: regens do work. all the tests in the thread whose address was listed in the original post (which by the way, were all a lot more in-depth and accurate than your "45 secondswas reducedto 43 seconds" leaving you very little room to criticize anyone's results) essentially agree with myresults that the improvement of a 20% spice or +200 regen food actually works out to giveabout 10% quicker regen.

so yeah, the devs should either make these things increase regen by the 20% they indicate or make them indicate that they only give a 10% buff to regen. but it's not the end of the world; the alarmist attitude of this thread isn't really helping a lot. i'd much rather see them fix event-triggered foods or hell, even fix the experimentation on garmorrl that's been broke forever.

We had a fix ?
"ours" (Radiant) is still not doing anything MARKABLE (besides serverlag).

Can you repost your numbers please, they are obv. lost "somehow", i cant see them.

Just saying "They do work" is even thinner then "from 43s to 45s", agree ?

all these things are either on this thread or linked to on this thread. all these things agree that regens work. they don't reallyeven match your basis that it takes 45 seconds to regen 100% action without any foods or buffs; they agree with each other that it takes about 36-37 seconds.

I move in light of the overwhelming evidence that you edit your Post Title to : REGEN FOODS DO WORK. This is cause of unnecessary negative publicity.

Feel free to open a new topic with your testresults.

I_Zombie:
Can we meet ingame for some testings together ?
I create a toon on Val for that.

I really wonder, where the numbers ~35s for a full
100% regen comes from. We dont suck the numbers out of our fingers, and 46s seconds is no "creation".

Can we meet ingame to test this out ?

And btw, i wasnt the only one stating hard numbers of "no effect", so something seems to differ here which is worth to find out (cuz THIS regen diff is better then any food )

Well, this is what i mean.

You have not tested anything yourself, you just follow something you read and you say its like this. Nice...

Your kind of argumentation is ZERO my friend!

I offered this to you, cuz there ARE a bunch of numbers showing, that Regenfood is doing nothing or at least to the effect of nothing.

If you dont want to test it youself and recheck the "interfering" testresults from the other threads (and they DO exist), you shouldnt talk the WAY YOU did here.

PERIOD.

And FYI:
I started this topic to have some attention to the Chef-Prof. Im no chef myself, i do fine with spice as regen helpers.

Before you attack some1 helping you (you are chef right ? Dont be smallminded..its YOUR business sporty), you should repeat these test yourself to see what the talk is about, before following another side you MORE LIKE - despiting the facts of test showing its not doing anything (besides serverlag).
You got that ?

You might wanna lookup the friday feature (Professioncharts) and ask yourself, why chef is the "top 3" of the most less played profs...

Sorry my ranting, but this is what i like:

We test it (and nuff others) long enough with our payed playtime to show that there is something wrong, and you jump in here, start to bail on me - and when i offer to test it with you together - you run off, C+++ck between the legs and spam a "im done".

Then stay where you are: Away !
