Okay.... FOODS DO WORK, dang it.
Action regens!!
Firing confusion shot until I reach 70% action. Used a Cdef pistol with 102 SAC.
Test 1 - Time =1:32 to reach 70% Action. No foods/spice, standing (base line)
Test 2 - Time =1:32 to reach 70% Action. No foods/spice, kneeling(shows no difference in action regen, and gives expected error of 2 sec for 4 min)
Test 3 - Time =Never Reached 70%act.Blob candy, 178 pts action regen. (action pool fully recharged beforeeach new shot)
FiringKip-up shot until I reach 70% action. Same pistol
Test 4 - Time= 0:40 to reach 70% action. Blob candy, 178 pts action regen. (new base line for testing nuetron pixie)
Test 5 - Time = 1:11 to reach 70% action. Blob candy, and Nuetron Pixie (Shows that blob candy and NP effects DO stack)
=============
Mind regens!!
Using Bacta Spray (Nov CM), and a macro that fires it every 10 seconds, until pool points were drained and heal could not be made.
Test 1 - Time = 4:04 to reach no heal. No foods / Spice. Standing (baseline for tests)
Test 2 - Time = 4:02 to reach no heal. No foods / Spice. Kneeling (2 sec server/client lag difference)
Test 3 - Time = 3:33 to reach no heal. Caf / Nuetron Pixie (Shows debuff from NP is working)
Test 4 - Time = 4:40to reach no heal. Caf, no spice (Shows a slight improvement of regen, about 16.66% above base)
Test 5 - Time = 6:06 to reach no heal. Caf, Booser Blue (Shows significant increase of regen, about 50% above base)
Regens DO work. End of story.

Thanks for the hard numbers Algren.
I might add:
I really don't think that +20% regen means that you will regen that pool 20% faster but that your base value for Constitution/Stamina/Willpower will be increased by 20%. Sure, this could mean it should increase regen by 20% but does not have to. I don't have the formula...
If you want to test it check the stats I have posted here to compare species.

Unfortunately those stats are pre-cu and meaningless now.

Now thats a challenge! hehe
I need to go Off-topic for that but there is worse I guess...
I still believe those stats are active.
lvl 80 Twi'lek= 2900 Health (has +0 in that table)
lvl 80 Human= 3000 Health (has +100 in that table)
lvl 80 Zabrak= 3100 Health IIRC (has +200 in that table)
lvl 80 Wookiee= 3250 Health (has +350 in that table)
Do you see a pattern?
And now I used my Twi'lek (TKM, MDoc, 444x Medic) to reproduce your Bactaspray test.
I used
/bactaspray;
/pause 10;
/macro test;
standing, no single buff (and x4xx has the same bactaspray as novice CM, so they should have the same Mindcost)
First heal at 17:38:43
"Pool message" at 17:42:22
If I do the math correctly thats 3:39 minutes. My Guess is you used a Zabrak for your tests. But Mon Calamari would be possible, too. If it was a human or such than +100 in Focus or Willpower would matter a lot!
Please tell me what species you used! /bounce
*edit* for typo

Now I would like toget our exact stats (at least in our Character-Sheet) back.
(And an Info during character-creation?)
But who do I tell this? The chances are 100:1 that a Dev will read this...

EXCELLENT !
Numbers, tested, prooven, PERIOD.
Thats a posting, tested, prooven
Ok...thats weird, why are your numbers so much differing from ours ?
I repeat the test today, maybe a "stealth fix" ?
We tested it with:
Twilek
Human
Zabrak
Excellent posting with the races btw, i had this "hidden assumption" too, that the secondarys still in place...
Okies, so something HAS changed obv., i want to re-test later myself, i would be GLAD if it has benn fixed.
Algren, was your food pre-CU, post-CU or mixed even ?
With BE enhancers or without, if yes: Pre-cu / post-CU ?
(If you know it anyway - i was lucky to know, since we made the tests together with out guildchef)
Did any1 else noticed, that action regen is GENERALLY much faster now, but mind is still slow ?
For me it seems, like something was changed, but no official notes about it....
