Like I said before I prefer to barter (free to the Chef except for his time... ), but I don't mind selling for 3-6c per depending on how good it is... and that is less than 1/2 what armor/BE's pay.... and yet Chef STILL don't want to do business.. they want 1-2c per and well... it takes a LONG time to get 10k Ident meat to sell for 20k...

You said you were on Chilastra, right? Ican't think of another server that would go by "chillie". Feel free to offer up whatever you want on my vendors (waypoints in sig). Send me an email when you do, though, so I can tell there's something waiting for me if I'm not online when you put it up. 1-2cpu is nuts for creature resources, I usually offer at least 5, 10 or even 15 if the stats are good (like all four 700+).

I'm well stocked on carnivore meat (apparently rancors are dropping some good stuff this shift, I picked up around 13k from resource vendors), but any herbivore or reptilian meat you may have would be appreciated. I'm also trying to gather enough bone and scaly hide for a decent sized run of Garrmorl.

I've found using my vendors to purchase supplies works best, since we don't have to coordinate times online. Plus then my vendors can entice you to browse my delicious foods and drinks. But if you're more interested in barter, let me know what you're interested in, we can work something out.

Well hello there, neighbor.

And don't say I'm the "one" cool chef on Chili, or Cami and Liv are likely to come beat my Bothan butt...

Hi Blue -

I'm not only the coolest chef on Chilastra, I'm also the ugliest.

I'm also way off my rocker.

I will also buy any animal product you offer on my vendors for any remotely resonable price. Note: quantity matters as much to me as quality. 20K ofmeat with stats in the 500s is worth infinitely more to me than 1K of meat with stats in the 800s.

Looks like you may have taken up with Kriles, the little weasel, but feel free to mail me (Herodotus) in game.

I remember back in beta when we were all talking about what the Jedi profession must be like. I remember the awesome ideas we dreamed up at a table in the back room of the Mos Eisley Cantina.

I also remember that we all ASSUMED that our main character that we loved so dearly would be given the chance to become force sensitive (like Luke did )

I remember when we first found out that our Main characters would - no matter what we did - NEVER get the chance to feel attuned to the force. We felt insulted and cheated. I remember the outcry of "I don't want a 2nd character - I'm playing this one! I want ME to be Force Sensitive not some...new toon".

As it turns out the 2nd FSCS slot idea wasn't as bad as we had hoped. And being a Jedi myself I've come to really like it in fact.

Still.. the recent announcement makes me think back to all those amazing ideas we had in the cantina in Mos Eisley way back in beta.

Now, as a Jedi ... I'm VERY concerned (as we all are) about this new system. But I would encourage us all to remember a few things until we have DEV clarification ...
* We don't have the whole picture. Most of our concerns are based on assumptions.
* It could in fact be a very very cool system (I wish I had the time to tell you all some of the visions we had about the system at our lil table in Mos Eisley so long ago)

Lets at least HEAR the system before we condemn it...because if it even comes close to our ideas from beta - it would be infinitely better than the gimp'd system we have now.

I **SO** understand the concern . But it's rash to condemn a system we no NOTHING about. We honestly only heard one (scary) lil quote from what promises to be a COMPLETELY redesigned system. It would be foolish to judge that system with so little information.

just my 2 credits.

It does seem rash but as the case usually is with jedi we will only get more information when it is already in. At least the is what we have come to expect.

So waiting till it is in place to complain/protest seems foolhardy. Jedi is secretive even in info from the devs. We can only base our info on what they HAVE said and that would lead us to think that we will now be stuck with Wookie, twilek, rodian, etc jedi with their current names and such.

We have since fairly early on ha to plan based on the extra slot now our planning may condemn us to deleting a character we like in order to play a profession that most wish to at least try.

Yes Rissen thats true. I personally am in that situation (the species of my main would suck for Jedi....and for RP reasons I would hate playing the main as a Jedi).

It's also true that the DEVs historically dont tell us jack until they impliment (and often not even then).

However this change I believe is different. This change will not simply change a system but DRASTICALLY affects existing characters that have worked so hard to level a profession that is so difficult. I think they will HAVE to tell us something about this system.

I'm hopefuly at least as TH has implied he will release more information as soon as it's finalized.
