Thread: What do you think of this template?
where are your other skill points? I would strongly suggest 0300 commando to add some more accuracy and defense if you plan on using pistols mostly.
Otherwise, it's a viable template. TKA armor is good stuff, plus you have Improved CoB (I've got TKA 0100 and CoB is an awesome defensive capability!)

MPistol/TKM/0400 Smug not sure where you spent the other 18 points but using that info you get the following skill mods;
General Ranged Accuracy +115
General Ranged Speed +30
General Melee Accuracy +70
General Melee Speed +25
Ranged Defense +150
Melee Defense +175
If you give up slicing and go Master pistoleer, TKM and commando 4-4-0-0 you get the following skill mods;
General Ranged Accuracy +150
General Ranged Speed +30
General Melee Accuracy +100
General Melee Speed +30
Ranged Defense +170
Melee Defense +220

Interesting build Shadwe. That gives you tho option of pulling out a heavy weapon for some toasty fun at times too ![]()
I have a Master TKA/Master Doc on one of my toons, the TKM is very effective at taking dawn CL82s with no other combat bonuses and the Doc heals let me tank to oblivion ![]()
Mixing up the melee and ranged templates makes me nervous so I don't do it ![]()
MPistoleer / MBH / CM4000 is a nasty little template that I quite like. The CM heals cut downtime to zero and can really make the difference when something decides to BaF ![]()

i concur
unless you WANT smuggler for RP purposes, pick up some commando for better accuracy or you might as well be shooting a water pistol

Sure, your armor mod is good but you wont have much defence at all
