No offense but,these are horrible examples ofa DXR6 and laser carbine.
I bought my 2 x Elite Carbine last night, the status was;
DMG 105 - 183
Speed : 3.5
1stone Silced with 16% damagenow: 121 - 212
2nd oneSilced with 20% speed now :2.8
Are they good or what?
not so sure that i should be looking at these numbers..
my sliced-power'd up krayt laser rifle's stats are
46-399, 2.2 seconds
i'm not completely sure if the same experimental quality, slice, powerup etc. would still show the relative results, where the ee3 has a higher dps than the laser carbine.. ... ..
I ama Master Weapon Smith too and lately i have had many complaints concerning the lack of "punch" the Elite Carbine has (it basically sucks).
On average i can make the Elite Carbine at about the same stats as the Snub/Short Carbine.
averages are at:
Damage/Speed: 70 -175/3.2
Wound Chance: 10 to14
This is really disappointing for me ... my med level guns are out performing the high end guns ... are you getting stats like this - i am using the same materials for both guns in my experiments.
best Carbine to get are:
The DX and the Laser. But event then - these lack the 'punch' that would be needed for the Professional Carbineer. A Carbineer will never perform at the capacity a Rifleman or Pistoleer can with the current stats of the carbines IMHO.
Are those stats base comparisons, or just ones you have made? My laser carbines are 41-275 3.5 speed, but they are around 90% on experimentation.
I see people running around with those laser carbines and they think theyre going to murder me. I just pull out my DH17 short carbine and they laugh. DH17 short carbines average

After they get sliced you can get less than 2 on the speed. I kill those fools who think theyre lasers are so good. I shoot em five times before they aim. Its too late then.

I've found that Istart with my Laser Carbine at ideal range until I get rushed, then pull out my Scout Pistol for the Up-Close and personal situation. I wish we had a better MOD to make a Carbine more efficient at close range. Even better, I'd love to act like Ramboo and hold my Laser in one hand and the Pistol in the other.
Novice of everything, Master of none (except dying).
My DH17 snub (at work now, numbers from memory *hopefully*) at 109-259 dmg 2.4 spd is great in PVP.
I use my Laser too, alternating...if the target has little to no armor...its DH17 time though.
