I playing pvp a loot. but one thing carabiners realy need,

isway to slow down the enemy Either it is pvp or pve.


So im suggest Kneelcapshot 3


Ae shot with 30% chance of slowing down the enemy. Same damage as kneelcapshot 2.

If mob or pc are hit , 1 to 2 min timer on it.


It will slow down the enemy to walking for 5-10 seconds (random)


This a master shot we need, and have defined the class from the start.


I suggest 2 min timer to not making it to powerful.


This will be useful in pvp and pve.

I'll go with you there VieCat, since us carbineers don't have much in defense AND melee ppl are going to have bonus against us ranged attack guys, we should geta shot to slow down the enemy.

A special that cuts through 80% armor and 2000 point buffs...

FullAutoSingle 3.


Enough area damage shots, or Scatter Shot 3. Better damage ratios.

I vote for some type of mind shot. Since most of our carbines dont fire at the rate of a pistol or do big damage like rifles, our weapons are hovering in the middle range. So give us a mind shot since with all the buffs running around its impossible for us to deplete health or action bars without using a ton of specials and using up our own HAM's in the process.

I am ex military, I spent some time in the last war, I also helped support some special operations, I was not a special operator myself, but being the nerd I am I always loved to ask those guys questions and have them tell me stories over some beer...


they told me thier favorite thing ot hear at the range was "Winchester"


I propose the new Master Level Attack be called "Winchester" it may not be star warsy but this is a command given in order to unload all you have on the target, it is used and any ex or current Marine or Army troops out there knows how much that command makes you feel good. Nothing like being behind a chain gun in aPave Low and hear "Winchester"



also I would imagine this attack would be devastating X8 or 9 modifier, as well drop you accuracy by like -50 with a 5 minute delay (for reloading)

Seeing how that we don't have a stun gun, how bout a special that has a 5x multiplier and changes the damage type to stun? You could call it stun shot, a guy can dream... right?

that would be cool, but I havea sneaking suspicion Stun will no longer be a damage type and be a delay type attack like it is in the movie and EU

Guys, don't you see that with the upcoming combat revamp, EVERY prof will get new and/or improved specials? I see arguers repeatedly saying that we have more moves then any other prof, and that getting a new one is a moot point. But, if the Devs are planning on giving other profs a new move or two, then I'd be expecting pretty soon for the correspondents from the other profs to be posting the same question our Nova has posted here. Its all about fairness and balance. If we get a new move, EVERYONE ELSE will get one for their respective profs.

has a chance to force a target to kneeling and lowers thier running speed by 25% for 20 seconds once they get up, with a one-minute cooldown.

Honestly, give us any new special, or gun...it won't matter. Even with the math at hand, if we roll on our best shot with our best gun...against the average person in Player vs Player on Eclipse with 80% resists to Energy/Heat/Acid...and buffs of 2000 points everywhere...all we can do is hopefully inflict a KD or a Stun/Dizzy.


Right now PvE we are insync, running top-notch...no special or gun can help us there.


The Combat Revamp will hopefully make PvP more of a real battleground, instead of just CM, Rifleman vs all.
