Not only are the specials not doing enough damage to the enemy, but they are killing me faster than the enemy sometimes. Even the Elite Carbine is not elite. I found the " best " elite carbine and its not at all elite. Put up a petition to fix that as well.

Got to agree. My stats are migrated to optimise wearing armor, and
with my Ubese suit on I can only use a few Full Auto Bursts before
I almost whack myself. I have one of the baddest Laser Carb's I've
seen, and I have to fight smart and with good strategy. Otherwise,
I get my butt handed to me.

sigh... gag... look familiar to anyone? I know nothing about special costs across the different combat classes, but are we getting screwed in comparison? If my action costs are any indicator I'd say we are without even doing the research...

I'll sign this, I mainly use pistols because of the high carbine HAM costs... :/
