I'm sorta divided on this one; the HAMs are too high, as evidenced by the fact that I can't really keep up in most high level hunting parties without a medic constantly popping me heals, but, on the other hand, there's the issue that we kick too much ass with reasonable hams (see: charge shot broken so you can spam it, now kicks ass). High HAM costs are OK by me, but these are too high.
