Thread: BH Based Templates
I really like that site, I came up with a not-so-bad template, nothing related to carbines but I might as well mention it:

Depends on if you're more interested in PvE or PvP.
PvE - go with pistoleer 0-0-0-3 for the melee defense since that is the damage creatures typically do.
PvP - go with pistoleer 0-0-3-0 for the state defenses. Much more valuable.

The only problem with builds like this are that you have most of your points in carbines and a decent amount in pistols. Yet, you can only use 1 weapon at a time...

Right. If you're going to go all the way to master Carbineer, you're going to want to MBH and pick up /sprayshot.
I am still convinced that the best jedi-hunting combo for carbs is:
MBH
Carbineer 0-4-3-4
Pistoleer 0-0-4-4
Only getting pistoleer for the defenses (states and melee)

I'll raise the same argument. Does 50 or so melee defense stop a Jedi from hitting you? Do those defenses stop a Jedi from applying states on you?
Are those better than the accuracy gain at master carbineer and the increased counterattack?

I can beyond a shadow of a doubt tell you that 4440 Fencer and 0043 Pistoleer with Master Carbineer does not have enough DEFENSE to stand up to even a mid-level Jedi.....so those Pistoleer defenses are a waste for fighting Jedi....I have first hand knowledge ![]()
